On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating, central heating (gas) and stove in all rooms (gas). Fireplace stove in the living room. The entrance is covered and ground level and leads directly in the vestibule with wardrobe and doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows: Winter garden 16 sqm and with lounge. Living room / bedroom 31 sqm and with fireplace, lounge, dinette, TV, DVD and CD. Bedroom with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa. Bedroom 22 sqm and with 1 double bed, lounge, TV, DVD and CD. Bedroom 8 sqm and with 1 double bed. Kitchen 15 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom 4 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.

Puddemin. The holiday home is located on a 5000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The former stable building has been lovingly converted into a holiday home with great attention to detail. Some very old restored pieces of furniture are in the house. The mix of old and new gives it a special charm. Ponies, a dog, and cats live on the farm. Large sunbathing lawn. Access is via a side street (paved, length 50 m). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property and the street in front of the house.
