Very cute little cabin at a great location! The kitchen is pretty tiny, but workable if you're not staying very long or not eating many meals in. Beds were comfy, bathroom was clean, and the whole place and surrounding grounds were perfectly picturesque for the getting-ready portion of our elopement!
Very nice little cabin just tucked away off the road you got a very nice view of the mountains to the east. Quiet area for your dogs definitely enjoyed it.
from pictures i was expecting another bed and was very hot. needs better ac but overall nice place host and property manager were very helpful and let us check-in at least 4 hours early which was extremely appreciated. would stay there again in
Amazing communication with host! We all cannot wait to visit this wonderfully located and beautiful property again. Vita - Thank you and your staff for helping us have a fantastic vacation!
Beautiful property. Lucky for us, no other cabins were being rented at the time so it was very peaceful and serene, just what we hoped for. Master room should be the upstairs bedroom but the bed should be turned. Downstairs room was ok, just a bit small. Cabin was a little dusty but clean overall. Shower doesn’t drain well.
This was my 2nd time staying in a Vrbo hosted by Vita and I've decided to always stay in one of her properties anytime I visit the Durango area because she's a fantastic host. The location is super convenient and the views are incredible; we truly enjoyed our time. Thank you for everything, Vita!
Cabin was easy to find, quiet and cozy! The driveway was perfect for a kid to ride her bike and the loft was a great getaway for some teens. The pacman machine created some solid challenges and memories for kids forced to spend time with parents who grew up on pacman. Host was informative but not overbearing.
Our family stayed for the Iron Horse race weekend, and our boys LOVED this place. There was ample space for them to run around on the property, and we could even see and hear the train heading out of town. It is definitely rustic, and it is not pristine in cleanliness and kitchen supplies, but it was great for our family, very cozy and comfortable, easy to come and go but also quiet and secluded from town, and the communication with the property manager was phenomenal! I have not experienced better and easier communication from any other rental. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!
Lovely little spot north of Durango. Ideal for participating in the Ironhorse classic bike race. Only issue was noisy neighbors coming in late at night. However, I understand that’s not the property’s issue
