In 2014, this centuries-old, typical Majorcan finca is completely renovated and quality resulting in an organic blend of modern design in pure, local materials such as wood, concrete, stone and steel, the traditional elements totally respecting.

Interior | the stylish living room is latter day and royal furnishings and all modern 'basics' such as Wifi, satellite TV, DVD, Sonos hifi are naturally there. Just as the open kitchen with luxury appliances like Nespresso machine, professional juicers, vinoteca etc is fully equipped for cooking enthusiasts and where they have impressive views of Mallorca's high point: the Puig Mayor! With 3 bedrooms, of course with eco airco and good beds, it is a comfortable family finca to 6 persons and for 3 private bathrooms also ideal to share with friends (with rainshowers). For guests there is a separate toilet downstairs. The eco-floor heating throughout the house guarantees year-round comfort and a crusty wood fire in fireplace completes the ultimate and intimate 'Cocoon' experience at the cooler winter evenings.
