Amazing location and great host.

Vilano Beach is minutes away via a short walk. Since it isn’t very commercial the beach is never crowded. Amazing views. Host quickly called in response to a minor issue. Very responsive and helpful.

Long Weekend Getaway

Great location on a quiet street, 5 minute walk to the beach. Beds were super comfortable and we did not need anything for the beach, beach chairs umbrellas and boogie boards were provided. My husband, adult children and I enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend this vacation home.

Perfect Retreat

My family was looking for a place near the beach while visiting St. Augustine and I was so happy we found this gem! From the youngest (5) to the oldest (87) it fit our needs perfectly. My favorite spot to spend time with my grandchildren was the screened porch. My 2 adult children and their spouses walked to the beach each evening

Relaxing stay

The property was perfect, it was clean spacious and lived up to our expectation. It was very close to the beach and the neighbourhood was lovely and the people friendly. I would highly recommend this property for a relaxing holiday… and it was lovely to hear the sea from the garden. The only thing that would have made it even better would have been a fully secure back yard so my dog could have relaxed in the sun.

Elegance by the Sea a Great Place to Stay

Elegance by the Sea is a very nice place to vacation. The house is in great condition, very roomie nice floor plan and of course all on one floor. The house had everything that we needed. It was just a short walk through the peaceful neighborhood to get to the beach. When I had a question the owner was quick to respond. There will definitely be more trips to this property.

Great beach getaway for a local feel

This was a great way to spend our extended 4th of July weekend. The house was beautiful and ready for us when we checked in. Speaking with management was seamless and easy. We were within walking distance to the beach with very few people and also walking distance to the intercoastal for the sunset each night. I loved that the neighborhood was quiet but still just a quick few miles to town for some live music and amazing seafood. We would definitely return for another stay. We loved this place!!!

Literally Close Comfort To Everything

In town for a concert that was only 15min away. This property is so clean and beautiful inside. Hubby and I enjoyed the jacuzzi tub in the master and I'm telling....the beds...the combination of the two had us sleep better than we had in years! We totally recommend this place! You wont find a better stay.

Great Surprise

We had the best stay at this property. It is managed well. Home was absolutely beautiful one of the best rentals I have stayed in. Beds were so comfortable and lots of towels provided. My wife and I walked to to the beach everyday no problem. Vilano beach is much more relaxed and better sand than saint Augustine beach. Would definitely recommend!

1. Bring: pot holders, extra kitchen towels (they provide 1) if u plan on cooking and the fireplace is off limits… other than that, perfect location for beach n St Augustine, spacious home and nice property managers.

Sweet 16 sleepover

We looked for a big enough space to host our family and a few of my daughter’s closest friends to celebrate her 16th birthday. The only thing she wanted was to hang out in a large space with them, snacking, playing video games (we brought our Nintendo Switch) and walking to the beach at night. All of these dreams were accomplished in this home, which was clean and well-stocked with necessities for a laid-back and kid friendly two nights stay. Our favorite part was the quick walk down the street and across A1A to Vilano Beach, and the couple minutes’ drive to Publix. We are relatively familiar with this area, and St. Augustine at large, but it still managed to feel like a quick little vacation getaway. The booking was easy, chores upon leaving pretty easy, and using the beach chairs was also a breeze and a benefit.Thanks again!

Perfect little get away!

This house was very clean & spacious! They left cute little flowers on the counter when we arrived! I love when the owners take time to do small details to make you feel welcomed! The house is in a perfect location. You are very close to the beach & just a short drive (~10/15 mins) to St. Augustine. We booked the house for a girls weekend & we all had enough room! There were 3 cute bedrooms and 1 large master room. The only downfall was there were only two bathrooms. We managed to make it work though! We would stay here again!

The house was great! Only thing we wished was better was the light switches be labeled, we couldn’t figure out how to get sound on the tv & there was no pot holders in the kitchen. Other than that the house was great & clean. The beach items in the garage were a huge plus too!

This house is beautiful, perfect for a stay in St. Augustine. Everything about the property itself was great. We had a family emergency and needed to cancel one of our nights. After contacting and talking to property manager directly several times, we never heard back so the home sat vacant for one night. Disappointing managing company communication skills.
