Welcome to TWO MOOSE LODGE

This Northwest Style Craftsman home is located on the banks of the Cle Elum River on 2+ acres. Located adjacent Suncadia Resort property & the Washington State Horse Park, this home is nestled in a unique location to say the least! This elegant 5995 sq ft. home was designed with entertaining in mind! Spacious great room with dining area, gourmet kitchen with two ovens, a butler’s pantry, & 12 foot wet bar. Incredible outdoor living space with huge deck & patio, landscaped grounds with water features, circular driveway, wide entry, & southern exposure. Luxurious main floor master suite & stunning conference room/library perfect for corporate retreats. Some on site amenities include Satellite TV (Dish Network), WIFI, indoor shuffle board, pool table and more.

In-ground Heated Pool open mid May - mid October weather dependent. This is the ultimate place to hang out and is fun for all ages. This luxury pool has a nice landing for little ones to play as well as swim up bar stools to sit and enjoy the refreshing water.

Large in ground hot tub is open YEAR ROUND!

This home truly has it all.

During peak season, holidays and summer weekends there is a four night minimum.

Cancelation Summary:
a. Cancelation- 90 days or more prior to Arrival Date: All monies refunded, except for
$300 cancelation fee.
b. Cancelation- 60 days or more prior to Arrival Date: Owner to retain the $300 cancelation fee, and Occupant forfeits the Initial Deposit, unless all or a portion of the period reserved by Occupant is successfully re-marketed, in which case the Initial Deposit may be refunded on a pro-rata basis (depending on whether all of the same days are paid for by the new occupant, and whether the same Lodging Rate is received by Owner).
c. Cancelation - Less than 60 days prior to Arrival Date: Owner to retain the $300 cancelation fee, and Occupant forfeits the Initial Deposit and Remaining Deposit, unless all or a portion of the period reserved by Occupant is successfully re-marketed, in which case the Initial Deposit & Remaining Deposit may be refunded on a pro-rata basis (depending on whether all of the same days are paid for by the new occupant, and whether the same Lodging Rate is received by Owner).

While the property was in a beautiful location. River out front a bit swift. We all enjoyed the pool & hot tub. House fit our group of 15 well. Sadly, it is WELL worn, needing some definite repairs and maintenance both outside & inside. Also we were surprised at the lack of cleanliness. Safety wise they need to have all smoke alarms mounted & working.

This was the most beautiful property and my grandchildren loved it! There was some deferred maintenance (septic drainfield is overflowing right by the front door, BBQ's didn't work, hot tub didn't work, one refrigerator didn't work, etc.) When I contacted the host she came right out to look at specific items I asked for. Super responsive. Although there were issues, my grandkids had a great time and that's what matters most.

This property is nothing like the pictures. The carpet was filthy and has something growing on it in multiple places in the lower level. There are missing smoke detectors and outlet covers. The deck has nails sticking up in multiple places. Overall, the house is in need up significant repair and cleaning.

We had a fabulous time on our stay. The host was very responsive, the check in process was a breeze, the property is amazing and the accommodations were perfect for a group of our size. I would definitely stay here again.

This house needs some TLC. For what it costs a night the pool needs some major updating as well as the deck needs to be redone. The pool is chipping and the kids got cut on it twice. The deck was very worn as well and the grills on the deck were old and gross. The carpet in the bottom of the house could use replaced as there were some stains and what looked like water damage in a few areas. The pool table is unplayable as the felt is coming apart in the middle. The property itself is beautiful and the house is large and accommodates a lot of people which was awesome. However some updates would do this place some good and are definitely necessary. There was also an issue with the septic upon arrival which the host was very open and communicative about however they had to have someone out twice to pump it.

Incredible getaway

This lodge was absolutely perfect. It had everything we needed and the communication with the owner was very helpful. The pool was clean and we had an amazing time. Absolutely would stay here again

Great getaway for a large group

We had a great summertime stay with a group of friends. The pool on a sunny day by the river was wonderful. We cooked all weekend and kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and was nice they have a second fridge and oven in the pantry. Definitely would recommend and come back again!

Friends getaway

Wonderful location, very private and great view of the river. We spent a ton of time in the pool and hot tub, game area was also a hit with all ages although the tables are a bit warped. House is very well equipped and size worked great for 4 couples and kids. Would definitely recommend this property!

Great Stay

We enjoyed the property. The outdoor space was priceless. Some of the outlets didn't work and there was only two towels in the master for our length of stay. We will be booking this place in the future.

The home was perfect size for our group. Unfortunately the home is worn out. Needs a lot of normal maintenance. Carpets extremely dirty and stained, many lights unusable as there are no bulbs, plain don’t work or the knobs are missing. Most concerning issue is no working smoke detectors. Most are removed and wires are hanging and the one I found was dated 2003. I messaged the host and she said there are battery backups and when I messaged no actual detectors she went silent. Cracked refrigerator drawer, cabinets doors missing and hanging, grills very dirty and unusable. One outlet by a twin bed uncovered, shower heads in two bathrooms not fully functional, slow drains in several sinks. Most could be addressed with a maintenance person coming in to check functions of the house. Pool cool at first then messaged and the to raised to a good temp. Lower levelhot tub not filled and I filled it after messaging the host. Decorative tiles in the pool pealing off.The VRbo shows up on the site well, but the reality in its current condition not worth the money charged. Perfect size, just very worn out and need of basic care.

Cle Elum Summer Vacation

Great house for our group! Kitchen is stocked nicely with dishes, pots and pans etc for dinners. Pool, hot tub, fire pit and game tables were a big hit with our group and provided activities for the kids while the adults relaxed. The property is nicely secluded but there are stores and amenities nearby which was nice.

Great for families!

This was perfect for our family with 6 adults and 7 kids (with room to spare!). Loved all the space so we could spread out! The home was very clean. A few things around the house and deck/pool are in need of some updates, but nothing that impacted our stay. We would definitely come again.

Gathered as a family for my mother‘s 90th birthday. There was 14 of us, and the house was a perfect size so that everybody could find a nice place to sleep, and also escape to a little corner and get some quiet time if they wanted. The view is absolutely stunning, and the house is definitely set up for entertaining. We found everything we needed for cooking our meals, baking a cake, and plenty of glasses, silverware, plates, and bowls, for all of us to use.We came during a cold time of the year, would love to rent this house again sometime in summer, so we can make use of the pool. The property was conveniently located a few miles from Suncadia, so we were able to go there for a spa day and use their hiking trails. It was also very close to Roslyn, and CleElum, both very cute little charming country towns. With a Safeway grocery store very close by, we were able to find any ingredients that we had forgotten at home. I would recommend this home to anyone who wants to gather with a large larger group.

We had a great stay at Riverfront Escape. We had our whole family and it was accommodating for all of us. Bring some bug spray, mosquitoes are bothersome. This beauty of a house needs a little TLC, but we felt like we had our own little resort. Upper part of the house got a little warm in the afternoon, but downstairs stayed nice. Great Family Getaway

House was spacious, comfortably slept 16. The river view was beautiful and the pool got a lot of use! I think it was 8 minutes to the Cle Elum Safeway so very convenient location yet tucked away from too many neighbors. Lots of space for yard games etc and the deck is huge. Multiple refrigerators and an ice maker in the bar was appreciated. Plenty of parking. We had a great time!

Thanksgiving getaway

We pulled together extended family to have a great thanksgiving at the property. It had everything we needed in terms of space, amenities and location. Plenty for everyone to do and plenty of space to do it. The beds were all very comfortable and there were plenty to go around. The view off the deck is beautiful. The whole place feels secluded and special without being very far from yown if you need to run and grab something real quick. Just a fantastic time all around.

Great experience

We had 10 guys come together and had a great time. The setting is perfect for that amount of people and we were able to relax and enjoy the space. The fireplace in the great room was an awesome touch. The rooms are nice and everything was clean and working. No complaints, and we will look to use it again in the future.

Great location!

Picturesque home and scenery as well as a great location. Only downside was all the pool cues were broken so we traveled to Yakima to buy our own to use for the weekend. (My husband did fix the tip on one of the house cues!) Great amount of space for our large family to spread out. The house is a little dated, so not as squeaky clean as some would like, but that didn't bother us so much! We had a fantastic time!

We had a family gathering of about 16 people. There was space for everyone. The view of the river and surrounding area was gorgeous. It's very close to I-5 though the sound of the river really masked the noise. The pool was clean and warm and both hot tubs were working. The kitchen was well stocked though only one of the two BBQ's was usable. Both were fairly rusty. Only one of the refridgerators was working and only one of the four coffee pots was useable. Lots of pots and pans though. The outdoor deck was huge with various seating areas though the peeling paint and soft boards was a concern for the kids. A previous renter mentioned no window coverings on the bedroom windows which wasn't too bad given the very private location. As another previous renter in June mentioned, the septic system next to the front porch was overflowing and smelled when we arrived on a Saturday. We contacted the manager immediately and they replied "we have someone coming Monday." On Tuesday morning, a pump truck and excavator showed up and emptied the septic tank and the overflow was also gone. Sounds like it has been an issue for quite some time. Overall, the house is set up for large groups and the outdoor areas are nice. Not a luxury property and a bit overpriced for how much TLC it needs. Very private location though.

Great stay for a family and friends get together

Great home- roomy and well laid out. Pool area is fantastic. There are some areas that need some love (the deck) but did not impact our stay. The river was not accessible during our stay for floating or fishing as the flow was high and the bank was not amenable, but it was gorgeous. The owners/managers super responsive and tried to help with the mosquito issues at night due to the increased river flow/marsh area on the far side. The mosquitoes were not an issue during the day.
