This modern three storey spacious villa consists of five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The minimalistic interior made from wood stone and other high quality materials incorporates well with the soothing neutral colors and bright dynamic tones.
This villa has five bedrooms two on each floor with the master bedroom on the top floor. There are bathtubs in two of the bathrooms and showers in the two remaining. You can enjoy the picturesque views of the mountains and sea from the upper terraces. Outside a cozy gazebo is located for relaxing on the comfortable sofa. The dining area is ample for eight people found alongside the pool for those perfect enjoyable meals. The living room on the ground floor is open plan incorporating a sofa and TV with a kitchen and further dining area for six people. The design of this spacious villa makes it convenient for large groups, including air conditioning throughout. On the ground floor there is a separate kitchenette with a refrigerator, as well as a large dining table with comfortable chairs, a TV and a sofa. Our active visitors will be pleased with a ping-pong table for entertainment. There is a utility room with a washing machine and an internal garage for two cars.

This villa can accommodate up to 10 adults and 2 children.

We don’t accept unaccompanied groups younger than 30 years old.

Lovely villa but needs some attention

The villa was lovely but it could do with a few updates. One of the sofas in the living room was completely collapsed at the back so when you sat on it you almost got sucked into it, it needs completely replacing. The shower on the top floor was leaking onto the landing, and the ground floor sink was slow draining, we reported these and they were both fixed very quickly which was great. There was an issue with the LED lighting strip on the bannisters, it fell off and when I tried to put it back on it went bang and I almost got an electric shock, very dangerous with 5 children in the villa. My husband and our friend made it safe, this was reported but nothing further was done about it. Also the lift didn’t work which wasn’t an issue for us as we were all able to walk up and down the stairs, but for someone with less ability to walk that would have been a major issue. The villa itself is in a perfect location and could be really lovely if a little bit of money was spent on updating a few things inside. Although we still had a lovely time, and would recommend it, just fix these issues and it would be amazing!

I have to answer regarding the LED lighting strip, our staff visited the villa to check and reported there were no dangerous elements for guests. The led lighting was dismounted. Please pay attention to our description, there is no information about a lift in operation in the property. It is out of service and we do not advertise it. I hope to see you next time and we will try to remove all the issues you mentioned.

Tired property

This holiday was about celebrating my 60th Birthday with family. The listing showed a very modern, new looking property with 3 double beds. In fact, the property only had one double bed, the rest singles. It was very tired looking and obviously the photos were so out of date. The pool ladder was very loose and caused one of the children to hurt themselves when one side pulled out of the ground. Ants everywhere in the house, so you have to keep spraying them. It would have been nice to have an inventory explaining what you will have in the villa. There is NO basics ie salt and pepper, cooking oil etc. You have to supply everything. Only one and a half loo rolls each bathroom, so buy that too. No bin bags after you’ve used the ones in the bin. We had directions to the apartment but once you get to the road, you are left wondering where it is and how to get to it. A map of exactly where to go once leaving the main road, ie, take first left and you come to a big gate. The aircon kept tripping out but maintenance on-site was quick to sort. Otherwise villa was well situated for our needs and the weather was great.

Disappointing

The location of the property is ideal being close to Costa Adeje water front and shopping centre. Makes it easy to access shopping, restaurants beaches and bars. We chose this villa for a special birthday celebration travelling as 2 families. Problems that we encountered were 2 of the bedrooms are in fact in the basement level and one of these has no windows and next to a noisy plant room Not pleasant for the person that gets that room ! The villa is generally very tired , all the astro outside of the property needs replacing. The terrace furniture was in poor condition and needs replacing, indeed it was broken and the rattan unravelling on chair arms. We found it really poor that the beds had been made using duvet covers rather than bed sheets. Beds were generally comfy pillows were not. What we found to be a consistent problem was the noise coming from neighbouring villas and the hotels and bars locally. The glazing in the villa did little to block out the noise and needs some serious investment to address this. Very difficult to close patio doors with locks drilled into the tops of them. Lastly given what we paid for the villa to find one toilet roll left in each bathroom for the entire week, no welcome pack, no extra bin bags etc was so far below what we would have expected in a villa of this cost and the problems with noise and general condition of the villa that we would not book again.

Perfect location

A beautiful 3 storey property with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, plenty of space for all of us to stretch out in. More than enough crockery, cutlery and glasses for a large family. The cleanliness was really good. The pool was an adequate size but the same depth throughout so maybe not quite so good for young children but fine for our adult party. A couple of issues while we were there with no lighting to the lower floor but communication was excellent and this was sorted the next day. It was pointed out to us on arrival that one of the sofas was broken and awaiting replacement but we spend all day outside so it wasn’t an issue. It was great having the downstairs kitchen and fridge freezer as we had a family member with a gluten intolerance so we could segregate the food. All in all a lovely stay.

Allt funkade bra från inteckning till hemresa. Daria (värden) har varit riktig bra med snabb respons på alla frågor vi hade. Villa ligger med bra avstånd till allt.. Vi är nöjda med resan och kan rekommendera detta boende.

Luxury villa needs maintenance

Fabulous property in great location but many minor repairs needed which did affect our enjoyment The lighting to the basement was so poor that we did not use the rooms there throughout our stay The sofa on the main lounge was ripped Some of the decor was in need of painting All of the doors were difficult to lock/ unlock Our main issue was the pool which was dirty and cold on arrival ( we had paid for heating) the pool was cleaned the next day but remained extremely cold throughout our stay More attention to detail would make this an exceptional villa

The fact is that before and during your visit there was Kalima, a windy period with a lot of dust and sand, which made the pool dirty, but in fact there were several leaves in it, and our pool man came the next morning to clean it. Moreover, when it's too windy, the pool water gets cold very quickly, and we can't help it, but the pool heating was turned on during your entire stay. We have already sorted out door issues and now all the doors are working properly. I would like to invite you next time to one of our villas and offer you our special price.
