Location: This beautiful newly built villa is in an excellent location, ideal for relaxing. The villa has a beautiful garden with a private swimming pool (opening: from May 1st to October 15th). Dimensions: 7.30 x 3.75 x 1.32 meters). The villa is close to the beautiful sandy beach and the sights of Tuscany: an ideal starting point for excursions to the art cities, the fashion centers or the hilly landscape. The villa has a fenced plot with remote-controlled gate, the garden is regularly maintained and is always a joy for children and adults. The unobstructed view into the distance ensures a sense of well-being. In the garden is a covered terrace with seating for all welcome guests, who of course are also allowed to grill. There is enough space on the property to park more than one car. Alarm system.
Equipment: 5-room villa 130 m2, comfortable, tasteful and stylish furnishings: elegant dining room with exit to the veranda. Very nice living room with open fireplace, WiFi, TV and DVD. 1 double room with 1 french bed Bed, bidet and bath / shower / toilet. 1 bedroom with 2 beds. A bedroom with a panoramic window with a double bed, TV and access to the garden. Bathtub. Cot for up to 2-3 year olds. .
To be paid on site: Deposit not optional €200, bathroom linen optional €12/person. Electricity, water, gas, final cleaning not optional €180. Pets optional €15 per week per animal.

Sehr schönes Objekt, sehr gut ausgestattet. Ruhige ländliche Umgebung. Leider hat das Objekt nicht immer der Beschreibung entsprochen. Veraltete Fotos im Netz, Leiter zum Pool zu kurz, Kein SAT bzw Kabelt TV, keine Bedienungsanleitung für die elektrischen Geräte (Induktionsfeld, Herd, Microwelle, Backofen, Waschmaschine. Keine Unterweisung bei der Ankunft.
