The cabin was ok. The shower down stairs did not have hot water, the bedroom upstairs floor was soft in a few places. It was not as clean as it should have been. It was a nice cabin it needs to be updated.

Friendly staff

We had a nice time in Pine Mountain. Our chalet was not cleaned prior to our arrival-lots of debree, including dead roaches and mouse droppings mostly on the floors. If some one would have just dusted the Cobwebs and vacuumed the floor it would have made a huge difference. Also ants crawling around the kitchen the whole time we were there. Unfortunately we arrived late and had a busy weekend planned so we just made the best of the time we had to be there. The staff in the office were very friendly and we enjoyed the rec room
