Our stay was great!! Highly recommend and would stay here again. The location was perfect and it was very clean when we arrived! The only downside would be the amount of steps (anyone with injuries) but that isn’t fixable and it wasn’t a problem for us! Thanks for a great place!
Location, location, location! This was a fabulous summer vacation spot so close to everything in Breckenridge! The reservation process, communication and check out were seamless. The home was equipped with tons of space and everything we needed- a home away from home. I highly recommend this property!!
Very nice with great views. Great location with easy access to downtown resturatnts and shopping.

Clean but steep stairs make it slightly uncomfortable for older people

Property was very clean and fully stocked in kitchen and elsewhere with all your needs.
Comfortable beds and the fireplace was a nice touch after a long day out in the cold.
Easy access to lifts, bus route and nice walk into town.
Our stay at the beautiful majestic mountain home was everything we needed. The home was super clean when we came in and had heated floors in the entry way. That was a game changer for us who traveled from Atlanta, Georgia and not used to extreme weather’s like Breckenridge. The host provided all the details we need and then some, recommending the best places to ski, dine and shop before we even landed at Breckenridge. The rooms were specious for me and my two friends. Kitchen was equipped with all the necessities. The views from the top floor were undeniably gorgeous. Overall, I would rate this 10/10.
Excellent location. Nice 3 level condo with very good functionality- good kitchen, good baths. Clean. Easy to use. The hot tub is the icing on the cake.
We were allowed to check in a little early which set our tone. Excellent! Had a little water emergency that could have been a disaster but they responded so quick it was as if nothing had happened. This condo is fully stocked, lacks nothing. Thank you so much for making our stay so comfortable. Just beware there are 3 floors so stairs all day.
Overall good stay. Great location, figuring out the safest way to the lift with skiis was sketchy, would be better if the HOA shoveled a path instead you have to climb over a berm. A few issues that got worked out quickly, with good communication. (Coffee maker didn’t work which was quickly replaced, and undisclosed security camera - in fairness, they said they meant to disclose it, and were moving to update the listing.) You get enough coffee for two cups. Great location. As other reviewers have said, you will go up and down stairs to move around the house, which can be tiring after recreating on the mountain all day.

Paul,
Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear you had an overall good stay and appreciated the location and prompt communication. We apologize for the initial issues with the coffee maker and the confusion with the camera disclosure. After discussing your feedback with our team, we did notice that the security cameras have always been clearly disclosed at the bottom of our description on our listing. Your note about ski access is helpful, and we will share that with the HOA. We also appreciate your note about the stairs, as it's important for future guests to be aware. Thank you again for staying with us and we hope to host you again soon.
Wonderful experience in the condo! Just needed more single beds!
6 lady friends went to celebrate a 50th birthday, all adults, we wished there were more single beds. Some of us slept in the couch and of course it was not as comfortable as a bed. Overall a great experience though… thank you!
This property has everything you need: clean, spacious rooms and amenities; close-proximity to the lifts; towels, cleaning supplies, and other items to maintain constant comfort. We loved our stay.
We had a great time at the cabin. It was well equipped and in a good location.
The views were great, as well.
Check in and check out was easy and efficient.
The only thing I would recommend is updating some of the living room furniture.

Cristy, we will definitely take this into consideration. Thank you for the honest feedback and for being such a great guest!
The mountain may not have had much snow but the house made memories that couldn’t be measured. My daughter, godson, wife and I loved the house. We recommend the houses and will rent again.
