Our apartment is located on the 5th floor with lift and will offer you with its 15m2 terrace a panoramic view of the pine trees and a side sea view.

Our accommodation has just been renovated and has been designed with an eco-responsible approach.

We wanted to create a cocoon to make you feel like you're on holiday as soon as you walk through the door.
This accommodation is ideal for a couple or for a couple with children.

The accommodation is air-conditioned.

A large entrance leads to the toilet, the bathroom and the living room.

In the entrance there is also a large storage cupboard.

The toilets are separate.

In the bathroom, you will find an extra-flat 80x120 shower and a washing machine for your comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso, etc.)

The living room includes a 140X190 sofa bed with a rapido sofa.

The bedroom is composed of a 160x200 bed with a storage cupboard and a sideboard, blackout curtains.

Linen provided at an additional cost.

Thanks to the large bay window of the apartment you can enjoy exceptional light throughout the day.

The 15m2 terrace will allow you to enjoy a 180 degree view without any vis-à-vis on the pine trees, the Cévennes and the sea.

Located in the city centre with the proximity of shops and the sea, its orientation allows it a sublime view of the greenery of the zero point and the Ponant de la Grande-Motte, the greenest seaside resort in Europe.

For parking, we do not have a car park but the building is located in a green zone (45 euros per week). We will give you advice on how to park as easily as possible.
