Enjoy a Beautiful Ocean View & Myrtle Beach Attractions
Our condo is one to relax and enjoy your vacation. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need including recently updated appliances. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and over-sized chair . The master bedroom has a queen bed and a 32' Tv. The spare bedroom has a twin and queen bed with a 32' Tv. There is family games, books to read, beach chairs and beach toys for your use. There are 2 newly renovated full bathrooms . Great views of the sunset from the balcony as well as a southern view of the ocean/coastline. Located on the 18th floor, corner unit, just outside the elevators for easy access. There is a beach bar on property with nightly entertainment and food.

I reside in Massachusetts. I have been renting my unit since I purchased in 2005. I am able to visit and vacation approximately 5-6 times a year. I take pride in ownership and provide that comfortable feeling away at the beach.
Why they chose this property
I have vacationed in the Carolinas for over 20 years. When looking to purchase I traveled up and down the NC coast and SC coast. I chose Myrtle Beach Resort because it is close to all amenities that Myrtle Beach has to offer but is just outside the downtown hustle and bustle.
What makes this property unique
The dining and living room have double sliding glass doors to view the ocean and breathtaking sunsets
