On the edge of woods and meadow (private), in a dead-end alley, we offer you the services of a Périgord house with many advantages.
Spacious and comfortable house 120m², tastefully renovated and well maintained. Insulation and very thick stone walls to keep cool in the summer and in the mild season, to keep a good temperature.

It consists of 2 large bedrooms with branded and quality bedding, one of which has a 160 double bed and one with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, a living room with flat screen, free wifi and an equipped kitchen. Terrace with barbecue and deckchairs as well as private parking. Access to the garden, near and woods (private). You also have hiking trails from the house.

Electric heating with individual metre and possibility of using a wood stove.
Baby cot available on request and high chair available.
Linen is not provided.

While being quiet, enjoying serenity in the middle of nature, you are close to the main major sites of the Dordogne valley. A stone's throw away... or almost from the house: Château de Castelnaud (5 min), Château de Beynac (5 min), Jardins de Marqueyssac (3 min), Château des Milandes (5 min), La Roque Gageac (5 min), Bastide de Domme (8 min), Sarlat (8 min)...
Nearby, beaches, canoe and barge rides (5 min). Grocery, bakery and butcher shop 5 minutes away and hypermarkets in Sarlat (Grand Leclerc, Casino, Lidl, Carrefour). You also have many farmers' markets in our villages.
