Lovely stay!

This was the perfect place just north of town for us to spend a fall retreat! The hosts responded quickly when contacted, check in was a breeze, and we thought the rental provided everything we needed for our 5-day stay! I would stay again.

The kitchen was well-equipped, the bed was comfortable and the location was great. The out-dated electrical system made me uncomfortable, as well as the air conditioning system during the very hot days.

Harbor Springs Bird's Nest

We thoroughly enjoyed our Bird's Nest winter getaway. It was very convenient to be closely located to the local ski hills, Harbor Springs, local trails, and the Tunnel of Trees. The owners were very proactive in ensuring the property was accessible thru multiple snow events.

Harbor Springs Getaway

The home was located in a very convenient location for us. Just outside of Harbor Springs. It was nice and clean and check-in was a breeze. We received good communication from the owners and the home had all the conveniences that we were looking for. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful family stay

Small white cottage

Meet family up there and was great to have the family over for meals. Shopped in town and went to Nubs Nob skiing. Everything was very close by. Loved it!

This VRBO was perfect for us for our ski weekend. It was very conveniently located to the slopes and downtown Harbor Springs. It was comfortable clean and very quaint.

The house was perfect! Very clean and had everything we needed for a weekend stay! Diane even left dog treats for our two pups who traveled with us. Location is excellent! Very close to ski hills and downtown Harbor Springs. We’ll definitely be back!!

Convenient little place

The place was in a very convenient location! Some issues checking in, but the host was pretty quick to respond. The house also smelled pretty damp like an old house, but it definitely served it's purpose!

Cute house. Clean. Nice location near Harbor Springs. Nice to have all of the condiments there, laundry detergent etc. Would recommend getting a sofa bed for the living room.

Great internet coverage

We have traveled for almost a full week before getting to Harbor Springs. the places we stayed before internet coverage was spotty at best. It was nice to catch up on business needs. We also enjoy all the travel information you supplied. It was very helpful.

Perfect small house for two people

Nice little house about one mile from downtown Harbor Springs. Perfect for a couple. Actually I would call it a cottage. Kitchen is fairly well stocked. Could use some wine glasses and a good set of knives otherwise it was perfect. Would go back.

This property was just what we were looking for. It was tastefully decorated, exceptionally clean and well stocked with all necessities. Very close to Harbor Springs and other places of interest were easily accessible. The hosts were the best. They were helpful and exceptionally responsive to any concerns we had. We've already booked some time here for next year.

4-Night Stay in a Lovely Home

The house is clean, well-furnished and well-equipped, and very comfortable. We used the house as our base for several days of visiting friends, sightseeing, and fishing, so while we were not there much, we enjoyed the time we did spend there. We misinterpreted the distance from downtown Harbor Springs—we thought it would be an easy walk and didn’t realize that there were no sidewalks for about a mile, but the drive to down was easy. We would stay again!

Weekend Wedding

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a friend’s wedding weekend. Very convenient to the downtown area and helped us save some money. When we arrived it felt unusually humid. I reached out to Diane to see if they had a dehumidifier we could use. She made a special trip after work to bring us one which made it so much more comfortable! Great hospitality!

We had an amazing stay at this charming little cottage. “The Nest” was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. One of the best parts was how pet-friendly it was—our dog loved it here and we really appreciated the thoughtful amenities for pets. The location was peaceful and picturesque, making it the perfect place to unwind. Everything went smoothly with check-in and communication, and we had zero issues during our stay.
