Wonderful condo In a great location

We brought my 84 year old father in law to Petoskey for the color tour and stayed here due to its location, the condo was perfect for our needs and allowed my father in law to have a room and shower to himself while we were there. The condo is well cared for and in excellent condition. A great place to stay

Up North Getaway

Petoskey is one of our favorite places and we love how close the condo is to everything. The state park with its beautiful beach is incredibly close and a great way to spend the afternoon. Condo was clean and had everything we needed during our stay.

Perfect Getaway

Super location in Petoskey, right outside of the state park. We enjoyed the beach, local shops and ice cream. Took a short drive to Mackinaw City and a trip to the island. Property was very, very clean and we had everything we needed. Host was great! We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would definitely recommend staying here!

Great Location

We made a short trip to the area and it was in a perfect location for everything we wanted to do. It had everything we needed and was tucked in a wooded area so we could enjoy the fall colors. The host was wonderful. It made for a great trip!

Great accommodations for our family of four. Condo was clean, spacious and stocked with all the essentials. Very close to Nubs, restaurants, a market for groceries and shopping. Enjoyed a great week of skiing...would stay again!

Extremely clean and convenient condo

The condo was extremely clean and well appointed for a short weekend or a week long trip! The cleanliness of the condo is something to be noted as I feel not every place takes the care and concern that they do here! Very close to the state park, downtown and other areas of interest! Will definitely stay here again if the need arises!

Late season ski trip

Great value! Wonderful stay. The location was fantastic for our trip. Local skiing and quality food sites were nearby; ~10-15min drive. The home was clean and roomy for our needs. Our group enjoyed the comforts of this site. The host made our check-in and check-out easy. A courtesy mid-stay check-up during our stay was well appreciated. We would prioritize staying here for upcoming Harbor Springs trips.

Family Vacation

This property and location was perfect for our busy family of 4, just a skip and hop away from Harbor Springs and Petosky. Kids had their own bathroom and my husband and I had our own. We were able to enjoy the bike trails and visit Kilwins in the evening. Grocery stores were close by and so was a Starbucks! We will definitely be back!

Nice joint.

We had a lovely time. Skied at Nubs Nob, which is about 10-15 minutes away. The only issue was that the listing said the condo has a fireplace, but it doesn't (the "fireplace" is a space heater gizmo with a fireplace display).

Clean but no very homey

The place is lacked hospitality. Sure we had beds, bathrooms and a kitchen but that's about it. No dressers to put our clothes in and only 4 hangers in the closet. The back patio looked as if it hadn't had any attention since the weather got warm. Cobwebs everywhere. My mistake was also to assume they would have some of the basic necessities, such as coffee. Nope. Overall, the place is very conveniently located but it did lack character and warmth.

READ REVIEWS. This place was perfect for what we needed this weekend. A soccer tournament in Petoskey brought us here. We weren't at the house much at all- it was a true landing spot. If that is what you are looking for, this place is perfect. Clean. Basic. Beds are comfy. (Too comfy if you have to be somewhere in the morning :) ...) Basic dishes and salt and pepper provided, as well as soap for sinks, dishwasher and laundry. The futons in the living room are not comfortable, so we were glad we weren't there very much. If you are looking for a place with extra amenities (games, hot tub, comfortable living room to hang out in), this is not your place. If you need an affordable place to crash, this is it. We would stay here again if a similar need arose.

The townhouse was comfortable enough to make ourselves feel at home. The keypad entry was easy to use. The kitchen was clean, with plenty of dishes. The WiFi worked beautifully. Liked have a main floor powder room. The upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Would rent again if I’m in the area.
