Great Stay

This property is well kept and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We were here for a graduation that included tons of food and crawfish. Everyone had a great time including the neighbors. The owner is quick to respond to anything you need.

Nice house that met our needs.

We were only staying for one night but the house was very nice. The only critique was that the air was not on when we arrived. It took a little while to cool down but once it did it was comfortable. I would stay again.

Home Town Girl Review

This property was like staying at a clean family member's home. Host provided all things needed to make the stay comfortable and a few things more. Soap, towels,washer, dryer, broom, mop. Comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. Towels are black so if you are sensitive bring your own towels. If you are from Monroe and grew up on the south or east side you will not be disappointed and it will probably remind you of home sweet home.

Great house with a fantastic location

We stayed here for my son's basketball tournament at ULM and it was so conveniently located to the university as well as shopping and restaurants. The house was clean and stocked with toiletries and any necessities that we ran into. Each bedroom had a smart tv which was helpful with the kids! All the appliances worked and were clean. The furniture was nice - sectional sofa in the living room, high-top table in the breakfast area. We stayed 2 nights and would definitely stay again. We ran into a few questions about the property and the host was very prompt with responses and graciously helpful to us.

The sofa need to be deep clean it has spots on the couch and cushion on the couch like somebody tried hide them instead of cleaning it! It’s nasty but everything else was clean n neat

Excellent and Convenient

This was an excellent property, and I thoroughly enjoyed the convenience it provided. Initially, I was not aware of the proximity to my family members, but as it turned out, it was ideal. I enjoyed the communication between host and myself. The host was constantly engaged. They were available to ensure everything at the property was operational and the stay was going well. I will be looking for this and other properties managed by this host every time I visit over the next few years.
