Why they chose this property
The house is 12 minutes from the Ski Areas and 15 minutes from a dozen excellent Golf Courses. 15 minutes drive to Harbor Springs and Petoskey. AndThe house sits on the Mackinaw Trail for great hiking biking, and snow mobilling. Lakes, beaches, State Parks, wineries and breweries are short drives. 2 very good restaurants, pizza and a subway all within a couple of blocks walking distance from the house.
