Runaway Bay is in walking distance from the Historic Bridge Street, the Hub of entertainment in this wonderful beach community, a street where you can shop, dine, and play from beach to bay. The free trolley also makes a stop on Gulf Drive, right in front of Runaway Bay’s complex. Take the trolley to the beach or anywhere else you want to visit on the island without worrying about getting sand in your car. Visit downtown Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach, or any of the local restaurants or establishments. You can even jump on the trolley for just a scenic ride around the island! In addition to the free trolleys, locals and visitors alike can travel up and down the island for exceptional quality seafood restaurants and coastal living shops via bike, golf cart, kayak, or boat. Perfect place for a perfect stay

Location-perfect. Close to all of the amenities of the area and so close to those white sands and crystal blue green waters just across the street. We didn’t need to bring anything extra for the beach-everything for our trip was already on property (tennis racquets, tennis balls, beach umbrellas and chairs, beach toys, etc). Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and plenty of space for our snacks and drinks! Beds were comfy and shower was amazingly strong for a rental! Communication was outstanding. Definitely would rent this place again!

Amazingly pleased!

Loved being so close to the fabulous pool. Roomy and comfortable. With trolley, everything was easy to access. Sunset on the water across Gulf Dr. on the beach so beautiful. Overall, a wonderful experience. Thank you. As a note, we were given just one key. So that is all returned.
