Cassie and friends stayed for the second time with us - we were happy to host them for their annual DMB pilgrimage! They left the house in great condition. Thanks, Cassie and we hope to see you again!
I’ve stayed in a number of VRBOs and this was by far the best hosted. Easy check in, great instructions, wonderful amenities, and a beautiful property. Couldn’t recommend it more highly.
Cute little old house! It was very clean and comfortable. Host was great. We enjoyed being able to walk to shops, restaurants, Broadway and Congress Park!
Adorable cottage type of feel decorated beautifully. A place that makes you feel right at home when stepping through the door. Great location within walking distance to so many of the beautiful and fun places in Saratoga. Highly recommend!
We really enjoyed our three days at Marvin House.
Everything was perfectly organized, clean and creatively
decorated. The outside decks were colorful and relaxing.
Our host was very accessible and attentive to our every need.
As the Terminator would say "I'll be back!"
Great location! Close to downtown. Very clean. Great communication prior to visit. Enjoyed the basket of snacks and the water bottles. Easy to find everything on the house. ( things were labeled)
Pat's place was exactly what I was looking for! Very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, as it's such a short distance to the bars and restaurants. Pat is excellent at communicating, and I highly recommend this place. I do plan to return to Saratoga, and I will absolutely be staying at Pat's place again.
Thanks again, Pat! You rock!
Our stay at Pat's historic home was the best we've ever had with a VRBO property and we've stayed in quite a lot of them over the years. She made us feel like family in her lovely house. Communication was excellent before, during and after our stay. The house was beautifully decorated and warm and welcoming. She even included some welcome hospitality gifts and amenities in the bathroom. We were celebrating our twins' 20th birthdays and she surprised us with mini cakes and a birthday greeting for them. The house also has gorgeous seating and relaxing options outside. It's very close to the restaurants and shops - we often walked. I wish we could have stayed longer.
This is a charming home and wonderful VRBO experience. The house was decorated with a lovely flair and cozy comfort. It was extremely well organized and much thoughtfulness went into making this home so enjoyable. It was fully and well-equipped with comfortable beds, fresh, crisp linens, beautifully renovated bath (full bath on first floor, half bath in one of the upstairs bedrooms), gas fire pit and so much more. From the extremely helpful binder of info to umbrellas for the track and attention to detail made this such a pleasant experience. Pat is an amazing hostess, who thought of every creature comfort and was very responsive. We highly recommend this property and hostess and hope to book it again.
Myself, my husband and our friend stayed 3 nights in this adorable house. The owner was wonderful. So much better with hospitality than any hotel. Definitely will ask to stay again next year.
Pat was a fantastic host and the property was amazing. From the moment I booked, Pat was communicative and I could tell he legitimately wanted us to have the best stay possible. The property itself was clean and the perfect location. A quick 10-15 minute walk to the main bar stretch and a quick Uber ride to the track and the Saratoga Performing Arts Center. The yard space and deck were just a bonus on an already amazing house. My friends and I are already talking about going back next year and if this place is available again, we will be coming back. I would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking to enjoy Saratoga with a small group of friends.
Thanks Pat!
There are no words sufficient to describe the fabulous experience we had at Pat's home these last few days. My wife and I - along with another couple - were treated by Pat like members of her family. We stayed in an immaculately clean home in a quiet, lovely residential neighborhood. The home was furnished tastefully and beautifully (with a dash of offbeat/avant garde for seasoning). The house was equipped and supplied better than we have at home and Pat made a special trip to ensure that we had sufficient necessities. The outdoor seating areas were delightful and we would have enjoyed them even more but for the intrusion of some uninvited visitors, i.e., it's yellowjacket season. Even Pat's Herculean efforts at hosting had to yield to Mother Nature, but I'm sure it's not for want of trying. I could go on and on but I will leave it at this: I have found no better host, in no better property, than we experienced this week. Period. The end. Full stop. Thank you again, Pat! We can't wait to come back!!
The place we stayed was beautifully decorated. The communication with landlord (Pat) was great. It had all the accouterments, beds with electronics control to raise your head & feet, A/C with electronic controls, Roku TV, Out Door lights.
In addition to the snacks, water & coffee that was provided there were razor blades, toothbrushes etc.
The best thing was every draw was labeled, whether it was for dishes, glasses or misc. phone charges and grilling items it had a label.
We had a great stay
In addition to the snacks & water provided
The house was so clean and had great decor. The beds were super comfortable and the location can't be beat. Pat was wonderful to work with and she left very thoughtful treats and information for our stay! A great couple of days in a beautiful town...thank you so much!
Very nice stay, Pat was accommodating and house is very clean and well appointed. Private parking for two cars, 15 minute walk to Main Street area or $10 Uber. Back deck and yard was a great place to sit at evenings end. Would stay again.
We have lived and worked in this community for 25 years and we love it! We know you will, too.
