We warmly welcome you and wish you a first impression of our new 2015 Luxury Villa Sanibel Shell in the world famous Cape Coral.

The new Dream Villa Sanibel Shell with southern exposure on "Crosby" saltwater canal with access to the Gulf of Mexico is built on a 1000 sqm plot, in a typical modern Florida style.

This lovingly and perfectly equipped villa offers a casual atmosphere and a modern ambience. Experience the fabulous Florida lifestyle on approximately 300 sqm of living space, with bright, light-flooded and high rooms. Shopping like Publix, Target, Lowes and post are the same in the immediate vicinity. You will also find tasty burgers at "Five Guys", tasty ice cream with "Stone Cold" or pizza from "Pizzahut". The location leaves nothing to be desired.

General:

The luxury villa is built like a U-shape, so that all options can be offered for relaxation. Should you want a dinner outdoors with family and friends is a summer kitchen and a modern dining table with seating for 8 people. In addition, you will find a comfortable and cozy lounge area with a gas Fireplace to linger in the second lanai. In the spacious "screend-In" Pool Area with sun deck, equipped with comfortable beds, you dangle a lot of space for sunbathing and space to breathe and soul.

Summer kitchen:

The outdoor area is equipped with an impressive summer kitchen, which includes a built-in gas grill and fridge and a bar along the pool, in the chill can be wonderful.

Pool & Spa:

This exclusive residence has a built in T-shape, electrically heated pool with zero-point-Spa. It is equipped with a modern and highly efficient pool pump, LED technology and a skin-friendly salt purification system.

In addition, the pool has a Sunshelf on which you can just relax or play with the little ones.

Dock:

At the dock, you have the option of creating a boat with the kayaks made available by us to paddle through the channels or just relax under the Tiki Hut.

General:

Experience the fascination of a private luxury villa, individually and on a high level. The Villa Sanibel Shell invites the luxurious decor, and the noble Travertine stone floors and dream, relax and feel good. The villa has an alarm system, individually controlled air conditioning and a utility room with electric appliances with European quality standards. Washing machine and dryer, ironing set and vacuum cleaners are self-evident. Also towels, other household articles and children's items such as high chairs, cots and Bettrailing are available free of charge. In addition, you have high-speed Internet / wireless internet and telephone.

Living room:

The living area is open and generous. You can "do nothing" without feeling guilty enjoy. For the best in entertainment, see the Entertainment Center a 60 "LED HDTV Smart TV, Apple TV, gaming console and a Dolby surround sound system with integrated music system (with volume controls at different points in the house). We also offer an electric Fireplace for cozy evenings.

Game Room:

A special treat will give you the game room with pool table. The adjacent butler's pantry, you can mix a cocktail or take the really chilled wine from the Wine Chiller.

Should you nevertheless times be to work feel you have a office with a MiniMAC, printers and Wi-Fi access and phones for free calls to Europe and USA / Canada. Likewise, a trundle daybed.

Bedrooms:

Almost unique are 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms en suite. The bedrooms are divided into a master bedroom with king size bed, a junior master bedroom with king size bed, a bedroom with queen size bed and a bedroom with 2 twin beds and are also equipped with high quality mattresses, Smart LED HDTV and alarm clocks.

Kitchen & Dining:

Even the kitchen with high quality GE brand appliances, such as a 48 "refrigerator, induction cooker, built-in oven and built-in microwave, leaves nothing to be desired. Similarly, the large raised-Iceland-bar invites you to entertain. Adjacent to the kitchen you will find the spacious dining area with enough space for 8 people. Thanks to the 90 ° C-Slider You have a fantastic view of the pool area and the canal.

Was very comfortable. Was stocked with all necessities. I did have to fill up both propane tanks, for the grill and the fire pit! Other than that, it was an amazing place to decompress from my hectic life. Will definitely be back next year!

The house had all of the amenities we were looking for. The pool was great. There was one kayak that we were also able to use. Bikes were available, but we never had a chance to try them out. Overall, the owners were very response and the property manager was great too. I would recommend this house.

Totally recommend! This house was more than a five star in our opinion. You will not be disappointed, everything was clean, organized, and well layed out. Perfect for traveling with other families with more than enough room. Pool and outside patio were great. Very quite neighborhood, lots of restaurants and grocery stores under a 5 minute drive. Stephanie was great to work with. Never delayed with responses and was very helpful with my many questions. We would book again in a heartbeat!! Beaches are great too. 30 minute drive to Ft Meyers beach depending on traffic. Book now if available, you will not regret it. Cheers. Don't listen the 1 star review!

Amazing house great location

This house was so luxurious. We stayed directly after the 1 star review. We had zero problems. The pool was so fantastic! The lights, the heat, the hot tub.....so awesome. The management company and Stephanie were very gracious and responded quickly to any questions we had. (The house so so many techie features that it comes with a huge handbook) Friends that live in south Florida visited us and were blown away. As many European rentals do, there is an extra electric charge but feel free to crank up that pool! We did and it was $90.00 which was so worth it when you are floating in that pool after dark with the gas fire going. Quick drive to Sanibel beaches. Do yourself a favor and plan a beach day in Captiva and go to the Mucky Duck for a sunset dinner. It's worth the drive! Check out the Edison Estate and Gardens and drive over to the Ft Myers manatee park. Thank you for a terrific week of warmth and luxury.

Wow - What a House!

From the first glance inside the front door - all you can say is WOW! From the amazing kitchen, to the billards room, to the deck, lanai, pool, hot tub, outside bar, the tiki hut on the dock - this is it - a vacation unto its self. This house was perfect for a post covid family vacation! Perfect! This is a great house!

Lovely Sanibel Shell

We were here for 2 months and have stayed in rental properties the last 4 years, and must say this one was equipped with an excellent amount of pots pans bake ware and dishes. Also they provided dish and hand soap to get you started along with some other amenities. The home was one of the cleanest we have stayed at. With Covid this was much appreciated.

WORST EXPERIENCE

Due to the covid-19 mandates/travel restriction I had to put in a request to cancel. I did this request through the VRBO web site where I had booked my vacation. There was a special cancellation called a “Public Emergency”. I did this request in April. The owner told me via my personal email NOT through the VRBO web site that I was not getting a refund that I signed HER contract that stated there was a 20% nonrefundable on it. I explained to her that I was canceling because the state of Florida was closed and travel was restricted. I reached out to VRBO asking for their assistance with the matter and they told me that I had to again send the owner of the property an email through the VRBO web site so that they could trace the process. I have even made international calls to the owner to discuss the matter. Today is 7/21/2020 and I still have not heard back from the property owner or VRBO about my refund that VRBO keeps telling me I am in titled to. I SO RENTERS BEWARE OF THIS PROPERTY!

Beautiful Villa Vacation

The Villa was beautiful, well equipped and clean. The location was perfect with grocery, restaurants, and shopping within minutes and only a 30 minute drive to the beaches. The property manager was responsive and very helpful and the Owner was delightful to work with. If you are looking for a quiet luxurious Florida then Villa Sanibel Shell is the perfect place to stay.

Close to Paradise

The house is beautiful. We had three families and everyone had plenty of room for sleeping and socializing together. The pool and hot tub are amazing. One grandson kept asking if he could go in the box, he loved the jet spray! The shallow end with the chairs was perfect for the little ones to splash in. Our oldest granddaughter never wanted to come out of the pool. We also liked the lanai with the fans. We adults played games outside under the fans, while the little ones slept. Having quite a few parks in Cape Coral for the kids to play was also a bonus. I would recommend this house and would love to return some day!

Traumurlaub im Traumhaus

Wir verbrachten 10 Tage in der Villa Sunibel Shell im Dezember 2018. Die Villa ist wirklich sehr sauber, nicht abgewohnt und hebt sich, wie ich finde, von vielen anderen Ferienhäusern in Cape Coral im positiven Sinne ab. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und luxuriös gewählt und man findet in der großen Küche alles was man zum Kochen braucht. Wir haben die meiste Zeit draußen auf der wunderschönen Terrasse, im Pool oder unten am Bootsdock verbracht. Es ist einfach eine besondere Stimmung, wenn ein solches Haus direkt am Wasser steht. Der Pool war sehr sauber und Nachts beleuchtet. Es war jederzeit genug Platz für unsere Reisegruppe mit 7 Personen vorhanden, egal ob drinnen oder draußen. Sehr begeistert hat uns auch der äußerst nette Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Sie war jederzeit für uns erreichbar, sehr freundlich und stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Kurz gesagt: Ein super Urlaub in einem Traumhaus. Wir kommen gerne wieder

The house was exactly like the pictures on line. Everything in the house was top of the line. All the little extra things were very convenient like beach chairs, cooler , bikes and more. The homeowners and manger are very nice and we enjoyed the welcome gift that was waiting for us upon arrival at the home. My family enjoyed the house so much it was hard to get them to go out. They truly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The location is centrally located to a host of stores, restaurants and supermarkets. We were a family of all adults but they have plenty of things for kids on hand. All you need to stay here is your Family and food. I highly recommend this home and will stay here if we come back to Cape Coral.

Your Own Private 5 Star Resort

No hesitation in recommending this wonderful home. It has EVERYTHING you need for a wonderful family vacation. The pictures do not do this place justice because it is even more beautiful in person. We have been renting houses in Florida for 5 years now and this was by far the most remarkable. The kitchen is well stocked. Top notch appliances, big refrigerator, nice stove - everything you want or need. Plenty of seating The amenities are first class offering plenty of towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, pool table and more. Also, being able to actually park in the garage was a plus. The lanai area was our favorite from having the tv and comfortable furniture to the fire-pit where we made s’mores. The outdoor kitchen with sink and refrigerator were an excellent addition. Loved being able to ride bicycles, take the kayaks out on the canal and fish from the dock. Caught a variety of fish. The tiki hut provided seating and shade for an even more enjoyable experience Lastly, Stephanie the owner, is a pleasure to deal with. She was always quick to respond to any and all our questions. We would recommend this property to anyone and can't wait to come back next year.

Amazing vacation!

We thought the house was absolutely amazing and had 2 wonderful weeks there! It had everything you could imagine. Everything also felt new and fresh. We had 4 children between 1 and 10 years and everyone loved the pool area, so even we adults. Plus also for letting bikes as well as beach chairs and parasols. The grill with accompanying outdoor fridge was used frequently! Also enjoy the pool table! We would definitely like to come back to this house and we will recommend it to others.

WOW! Amazing property!

Highly recommend this home for your vacation stay. The layout was perfect, large kitchen and living room area, very open. House was well equipped with everything you need! The pool/patio area was great, lots of seating and outside TV along with oversized relaxing hot tub. The location is central to everything you need in Cape Coral. This was my 1st stay in Cape Coral and loved it! A must stay if you come to Cape Coral/Ft Myers area.

Traumvilla am Kanal

Sehr schönes, sauberes Haus in dem es wirklich an nichts fehlt, wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub. Die nähe zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Lage am Kanal hat uns gut gefallen. Mit dem gemieteten Motorboot haben wir geniale Ausflüge zu den Inseln unternommen und unterwegs auch viele Delfine gesichtet. Die Betreuung durch Hausbesitzer und Verwaltung war sehr freundlich. Uns ist der Abschied schwer gefallen und wir können die Villa jederzeit empfehlen. Vielen Dank !

Das Haus ist der Hammer. Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an mega wohl gefühlt. Die Küche sowas von perfekt ausgestattet und der Außenbereich ein Traum. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Strasse . Mit dem Auto kommt man bequem zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie z.b. Walmarkt Restaurants tollen Stränden etc. Selten ist uns ein Abschied so schwer gefallen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Bedanken möchten wir uns auch für die freundliche Einweisung vor Ort und auch Frau v. Laak , die immer für alle Fragen ansprechbar war.

Wir durften in der Villa Sanibel Shell einen perfekten Urlaub verbringen. Einen herzlichen Dank für die tolle Betreuung vom Anfang bis zum Ende durch die Familie van Laak. Das perfekt ausgestattete Haus lässt keine Wünsche übrig, hier findet man alles was das Herz begehrt und noch viel mehr. Die Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft. Mit dem Boot am eigenen Dock haben wir tolle Ausflüge erleben dürfen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, das steht fest!

Der Himmel auf Erden

Absolutes Top Objekt in Cape. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, sehr liebevolle und gehobene Einrichtung, kein typisches"Rentalhouse".Ein Highlight ist der einzigartige Pool mit integriertem Whirlpool und Blick auf den River. Wir waren bereits in fünf verschiedenen Objekten in Cape, wobei diese Villa bislang mit Abstand das Beste war. Der Kontakt zum deutschen Vermieter war äußerst professionell, freundlich und sehr unkompliziert. Die Betreuung vor Ort auch genial. Die schöne neue Villa verfügt über einen großen solarbeheizten Wasserpool, elektrisch beheizbaren Whirlpool, einer großen Aussenbar mit Grill, Sitzgruppe mit Gasfeuerstelle, Essecke, Liegestühle und Outdoor TV. Die anfallenden Strom Nebenkosten (Klimaanlage, Poolheizung)halten sich durch die Solaranlage ebenfalls in Grenzen. Danke dass wir die aussergewöhnliche Villa erleben durften. Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt in diesem Haus, wir kommen wieder.

Einfach Traumhaft

Wir haben uns während des 2 wöchigen Aufenthalts im Dez.16/Jan.17 in der Villa Sanibel Shell sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Poolbereich mit Blick auf den Kanal ist eine richtige Erholungsoase. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und modern ausgestattet, man findet alles was das Herz begehrt. Das ganze Haus und jeder einzelne Zimmer spiegeln die Qualität und Liebe zum Detail wider. Ein wirklich tolles Haus und auch der sehr nette Kontakt mit der Verwalterin trägt zu diesem schönen Gefühl dazu bei. Die ganze Abwicklung vor und während des Aufenthaltes war bestens. Auch das ein- und auschecken mit der sehr netten Verwaltung Vorort lief reibungslos, vielen Dank dafür. Danke auch für das Willkomensgeschenk :-) Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit neuen Erfahrungen, vielen Erlebnissen und traumhaften Erinnerungen...eines steht jetzt schon fest, WIR KOMMEN WIEDER!
