For bowling enthusiasts, take a few steps to enjoy the great Mouffetard establishment.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Saint-Marcel, is just a 6-minute walk.

Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 38-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
