we loved the quiet, peaceful apartment in the heart of the busy arrondissement, with its balcony overlooking an urban oasis. it was perfect for us - well-equipped kitchen and laundry services. we had great communication with the host and asked her advice on where to shop for local butchers and grocers. she was very helpful and welcoming.

The kitchen had everything we wanted for making dinners. The washer and dryer worked great. The apartment is very quiet. The location is EXCELLENT! It is immediately adjacent to Les Halles (two Metro stations, easy connections). It is in easy walking distance to Musée de Louvre, Notre Dame, Sainte-Chapelle, Musée des Arts Decoratifs, Tuileries, and more. There are plenty of lovely dining spots nearby (we particularly recommend Au Terminus du Châtelet, a few blocks away). We felt very safe in the neighborhood.

I have never stayed in the 1st Arrondissement before, but was so pleased with the location. Major sites are easily walkable, lots of restaurants, shopping on Rue St Honor and the convenience of Chatelet Les Halles right outside the door was amazing. And even though the apartment building is located in a busy area, we heard no street noise as the apartment overlooks an interior courtyard full of greenery. Very peaceful. The apartment itself is roomy and very comfortable. We loved it and look forward to staying again

This is a perfect apartment for 2 travelers where my cousin and I had separate sleeping areas. Tons of storage and ample closet space made organizing upon arrival a snap. Also, the location is convenient to Metro buses and trains allowing for inexpensive travel throughout our stay.

Everything about this apartment was perfect for our 2-week stay in Paris. The location allowed us to walk or take the metro to all of the sites we hoped to see. This was a very nice place to stay - transit was right outside the door, as well as Monoprix and anything else you might need. The building felt very safe and was an oasis of quiet in the middle of a very busy neighborhood - Les Halles. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. There was a washer/dryer, a very nice shower and a very comfortable bed. We really enjoyed staying here.
