Laura and Jim have created a beautiful and well-appointed retreat that provided a delightful stay for us. Not only was it wonderful for my wife and me, but for our two dogs as well. They loved the fenced-in yard and expansive deck, as well as all the interior spaces. And the house is very accessible to Bethany Beach and lots of places to eat and shop. All in all, it was the nicest home and very best vacation stay we’ve had at the Delaware shore.

Beautiful , spacious home. We appreciated all the amenities the host provided. Although the home was on a busier road, the location was close to everything. The fenced yard and deck provided a nice oasis! We'd definitely stay here again!

I came with my family and we had a wonderful time. The house is lovely and there is plenty of room to enjoy it. Sleeping arrangements were as advertised and there were plenty of clean towels for both showers and the beach. Laundry facilities are great! The house is decorated very well and feels homey. The drive to the beach as fine. We had plenty of beach time and even went to a crabbing tutorial that was loads of fun. We made plenty of lasting memories. I would highly recommend this rental.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful Bethany beach house. The house is lovely with many high end touches. We are an extended family traveling together. Five adults and two small children and the house accommodated us so well with four large bedrooms and three full baths. Everyone had their space and privacy and yet we all came together for meals and backyard games. The house was close to the beach with easy access to hourly parking. We never had an issue finding a spot. Communications with Jim and Laura was a breeze and they were lovely to deal with. We will definitely be back. BTW, the beach was beautiful as was the town! We loved our Delaware trip!

Wonderful stay in this four bedroom house for my parents, kids, and my furry family members. The fenced in backyard and the deck was so nice to sit and watch the dogs pay in the am or after the beach. The house is located so close to the grocery store which made it great to walk there to grab things when needed. The near by trail and a Barre/Yoga studio was great to compliment the trip with some great walks and Barre in the am! It was a nice bike ride to the beach in the am using the trail then hitting up the boardwalk in Bethany. The house was clean and welcoming plus the hosts were so friendly and communicative!

Great little weekend getaway. Clean and beds were comfortable. The separate TV room was a plus. The fenced in yard and hammock were great fun and so relaxing. We saw so many deer daily. I appreciate that there was both a coffee maker and Keurig. My husband and I prefer drip coffee while my parents love their Keurig ones. Busy road but quiet overnight. Close to all locations. We would stay here again!

Stay at Cedar Neck

We enjoyed our stay very much. Very nice layout; tv's in all bedrooms and main level, nice fenced in yard. Our dog enjoyed as well, nice yard and nice paths along nearby canal for walks.

We had an amazing time at this location! It had everything we were looking for from the amount of rooms, the cleanliness, the space, the backyard. We felt right at home. We found it to be a very complete house. Even though the property is not in the middle of all the commercial activity and congestion, it offered easy access to many services nearby. This was a great location for us.

Wonderful family vacation

Great location. Nice property. Plenty of room for everyone. The fenced in yard was a bonus and our dogs were happy there. We went for a family vacation. Parents, grandparents, and 2 teenagers. Everyone enjoyed their stay.

Very nice accommodations. It was great having a cable tv package instead of just internet tv. Grocery just up the street made getting supplies very easy. Nice fenced in back yard for the dog. We walked the nearby trail several times and even walked to the nearby public park and children's playground.

Relaxing Get Away

A lovely, well appointed home made for a very relaxing get away. Close to hiking, biking, beach, shopping and restaurants. The owners were quick to respond to any questions. We had a great time!

It was so welcoming to return to this home after a busy or relaxing day!

The days were very hot but we found a lot of nice hiking trails to keep you semi-cool. We also found Ecobay to be a hidden treasure!

Yes the weather gets pretty hot in August - The house also stays pretty cool too with 2 zoned central a/c and there's always the beach :-) We are lucky to be so convenient to Ecobay also and coming soon will be a wonderful bike path that should go all the way from the canal trail down towards Ecobay right past the house!

Loved our stay! Can’t wait to visit again!

We decided to take a last minute trip to the Delaware Shore and found this gem of a home. The location was perfect for visiting not only Bethany Beach, but also the surrounding towns. The home is very comfortable and cozy with much attention to detail. The yard is wonderful for pets and relaxing on the deck.

Very Comfortable
