Newly renovated vacation home 450m to the beach

The holiday house Casa Agaves belongs to a private cottage area (from the 80s), just 400 meters from the beach. Stay completely private, in a quiet area, yet central to all the holiday amenities of Playa de las Americas. The accommodation consists of about 90 square meters with a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms and an open living area equipped in the full American kitchen with eating bar, large sofa to watch TV, and is divided a cozy dining table. Apart from the furnished terrace with dining table and two sun beds off the living area, you have a 70 square meter roof terrace with gazebo and seating available. Take additional outdoor living area z. B. for nice barbecues, or simply sunbathe and relax.
Shared with the neighboring houses there is a swimming pool directly behind the house. Here you have sun loungers and parasols.
Right next to the house leads a small walk to the beach promenade or in the other direction for approximately 350 meters from the bus station. A small supermarket, as well as a café / bar, a fruit / vegetable shop are located in the immediate vicinity.

Great location. Needs a better bed for the main bedroom.Needs also more equipment to cook. Internet: was good but failed and a new router was sent rapidly. Bedroom safe did not work: barely dead. We ask to be fixed but was never done. Nice layout with a nice terrasse.

Nice Villa but with construction works next house

We appreciated the area: next to the beach and several bars, shops, supermarkets nearby, yet calm and private, with a great pool. Well equipped with furniture and new kitchen. But we missed some things, such as grill or cafetiera for induction, deckchairs for 4 persons. More cutlery and glasses would be helpful, but everything else is there. As goodwill we got 20% off because of the noise and dust from next door, which is okay. In total we had nice holidays!

Dear Julia, the apartment have a grill and and 1 Nespresso, dolce gusto and filter coffee machine inisde and the cafetiera are in the cupboard in the kitchen when you would had ask us we would had tell where to find everything the deckchairs we already changed thank you for lettings us know and also about glasses and cutlery we will check this and fill it up But we glad that you had a nice holidays Best wishes TeamHoli

Tenerife stay in Cost Adeje

Property was as described & in good location, liked the layout & great pool. Down side to our stay was the building work going on next door, a noise & dust due to grinding. The worst part was when they started paint spraying as the fumes meant we couldn’t use outside, even the rooftop terrace. I believe this work had started long before we arrived so would of expected VBRO or the owner to inform us of this as we couldn’t use the outside of the property properly, if we knew we would of booked elsewhere, Tenerife was great though.

Gute Unterkunft

Soweit alles ok, auch die Betreuung und der Austausch von defekten Geräten war sehr gut.Einzig der Wasserdruck und die Menge an heißem Wasser hätte manchmal etwas besser sein können.Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Strände und viele Lokale sind fußläufig erreichbar, einziges Manko war das Pakplatzproblem.

This property is just perfect for a long family stay. It is very well equipped, you will have everything you need. We were a family of 4 with small children and we were very convenient during our 3-week stay. We would deffinately stay here again, ut was one if the best properties we ever stayed at. The location is amazing, even though costa adeje itself is a bit run down. And also the bed linnen could be newer.

The property has considerable potential - it is spacious both inside and out and in an ideal location - convenient to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. However it is in need of some TLC, a deep clean and the hot water system requires attention in that the supply is far from plentiful. That said, despite the downsides, we enjoyed our stay.

Agrėable et conforme au descriptif

Maison à proximitė de tous commerces et des plages . Grande piscine propre et pas surchargé de monde . Seul bémole literie et nécessaire de mémage un peu juste . Nous avons passé 2 semaines à trois au coeur d'une cité très touristique et malgrès cela on ne s'en rend pas compte car quartier calme le soir . Très bien pour une famille de 4 personnes .
