ISLA VERDE BEST LOCATION! COMPLETELY REMODELED OCEAN VIEW LUXURY APARTMENT.

I'm really happy that you enjoyed your stay at my apartment. Is really nice heard that love the apartment decoration and that enjoyed of the beutiful ocean view, that's is my final purpose that every guest have a great vacations. Thank you for let me know about the water pressure in the shower . I will take care of that immediatly, could be that's the Condo had had water problems during your stay and this had affected all the apartments. It is the first time that this happen and I will be sure that never happen again. Thank you again for your stay!!

Thank you for your review, it’s great to hear that you had a great time here in Isla Verde PR. As you mentioned the apartment is very nice, modern and clean( I put a lot of efforts to bring the best accommodation for all my guest) have an excellent locations right in front the El San Juan Hotel & Intercontinental Hotel, very close to the beach, restaurants, convenience store, pharmacy, supermarket etc. The apartment as well as all the most important Hotels (Ritz Carton, Intercontinental, El San Juan Hotel and all the most important Condos of the Isla Verde area) are located about one mile and a half from the airport so sometimes you could hear some airplane noise. That normally occurred when airport decide to use the left side of their track. In regards the noise, I’m really sorry to hear that your stay was affected by the temporary protest of the Hotel San Juan employees union. As you know that is something that is out of my control and will finish very soon. All the hotels and apartment of the Isla Verde area have been affected for it. Thanks again for your stay and you can be sure that you won’t have the same situation for your next stay( as I mentioned before this is a temporary protest and will finish very soon).

I’m sorry that it was your experience, as is in apartment description on the website the property is located in the heart of Isla Verde area very close to the most important hotels and restaurants. I have been renting the property in VRBO since 2009 and this is the first time that a guest have this kind of concern. Its important to point out that the apartment is on the 12 floor the condo is a residencial one so it’s a very nice community on where live families, professionals and retired residents. I understand that you where looking for another kind of property with a different location. I can recommend you for future stay a location a little bit retire from restaurants and hotels so you can find very quite area. Thank you again for your stay!
