located to everything. Spring Training, West World Barrett Jackson Auction ,Fine dining minutes away, PHOENIX Airport 25 minutes. talking stick Casino and Top Golf 15 minutes. Please be aware there are cameras on the property for safety reasons and are turned off when guests are renting my property.

Newly renovated pleasant property w/ very nice owner

The property is located conveniently in Scottsdale in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was very easy to work with and was very nice. The property was recently renovated and in great condition.

Location was good. Beds very uncomfortable. Lots of non disclosed cameras on the property in weird places such as aimed into the home, over the sunbathing area of the pool and pointed directly at the outdoor shower. Made the stay uncomfortable for the family.

Although I was not home to inspect the home my cleaners advised me that the home was left in great shape. We did not have contact so as far as I know everything went well for them I would definitely invite them back

Why they chose this property

My property is comfortable and cozy. The open floorplan kitchen and family room is where people gather. The swimming pool can be seen from the family room, kitchen, living room via the large sliding glass doors. A covered patio so if you get a little rain you are sheltered and can use the stack pipe propane heater. Uber can be called for rides to the entertainment areas.

What makes this property unique

HEATED POOL IS POSSIBLE AND CAN BE HEATED TO A MAXIUM OF 85 DEGREES. PROPANE IS EXPENSIVE AND WE MUST CHARGE $130 PER DAY PROPANE COSTS FOR EACH DAYH YOU ARE BOOKED. YOU MUST NOTIFY US AT LEAST 3 DAYS AHEAD OF YOU ARRIVAL IN ORDER TO START HEATING THE POOL. YOU ALSO AGREE TO PUT THE SWIMMING POOL COVER AT NIGHT. IF YOU DO NOT THE POOL CAN LOOSE 10-15 DEGREES OVERNIGHT AND WILL NOT BE AT THE SET TEMPRETURE THAT MORNING.
