Enjoy a unique experience in the heart of nature, in a green environment that extends over more than 7,000m2. The house, recently renovated in a Provençal style, offers you an authentic living environment, only 20 minutes from the beaches and ports.

The ground floor of the house has a living room and a fitted kitchen with access to the outdoor terrace, while the ground floor offers two comfortable bedrooms with shower room and separate WC.

Outside, you can enjoy a large plot including a refreshing swimming pool, a petanque court, as well as a fully equipped pool house and an outdoor shower. The South/South-West exposure guarantees optimal sunshine throughout the day, in a shaded property on the edge of the forest, offering absolute calm close to all amenities.

Access to the property is facilitated by an electric gate, and you will benefit from plenty of secure parking spaces. A fast charging station for electric cars is available on request, as is the installation of a protective barrier for the swimming pool, and sea trips on request.

Just a 5-minute drive away, you will find a supermarket and the town centre, while the beach can be reached in about twenty minutes. Take full advantage of this oasis of tranquillity just a few steps from the hustle and bustle of the city.
