This coastal 3 BR/2.5 bath home is in a prime location, less than 300 steps to the sand, and perfect for your beach getaway! Catch a glimpse of the sparkling blue ocean from the 2nd story front porch and unwind at the end of an amazing beach day on the back patio.
The house sleeps up to 7 people, with 2 King Bedrooms and a Bunk Room (twin over full w/trundle). All you need is your suitcase because the house comes fully stocked with everything you need!
*Please note - all bedrooms are located upstairs
INDOOR LIVING: Modern beach-themed interior w/coastal touches, modern furnishings, Flat Screen TV w/YouTube TV in living room + Smart TVs with Roku + YouTube TV for streaming services in all 3 bedrooms, gorgeous dining table seats 6, and breakfast bar area for additional seating.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, cooking utensils, knife set, blender, drip/kcup coffee maker + starter kcups, breakfast bar, cookware, eating utensils, and serving ware.
COFFEE BAR: We provide breakfast blend kcups and an assortment of flavored syrups!
OUTDOOR LIVING: Private fenced patio w/ table + chairs, outdoor shower w/hot water, second story balcony off master w/ocean views and patio furniture.
GENERAL: Free high-speed Wifi, YOUTUBE TV on ALL TVs, linens/towels, washer/dryer, beach chairs (4), beach umbrella, beach cart (2), beach towels.
ESSENTIALS: We provide plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc. Depending on the length of stay and your preferences, you may need to purchase additional supplies. However, we do our best to ensure the home is stocked well for your stay. BYOB toiletries!
PARKING: The unit can accommodate 2 full sized vehicles parked directly in front in the driveway. Please make other arrangements for any additional vehicles. Local laws must be abided by.
PRIME LOCATION: The home is 300 feet from the sand, a quick 1 min walk to the Shell Shack (perfect for grabbing fresh seafood + neighborhood market), and just one street over from the new Forgotten Coast Brewing Company! You won't beat this home's location!

The whole place was perfect! We had a very short walk to the beach. Great communication from owners! Highly recommended for anyone wanting a relaxing beach vacation.
Our property was great! About a 5 min or so walk to the beach and the host ordered PERFECT weather for us :) too! Beds were super comfy. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies (and we are a bunch of cooks!) Grill worked great too! We contacted the host about a very minor issue and within minutes the issue was fixed! So helpful! Thanks for a great stay!!
Our family loved this property. It had so many amenities which made the stay so easy-extra paper towels and toilet paper, provision of shampoo and body wash and hand soaps, gas grill, beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels, coffee bar with a maker that used cups and had a carafe if you preferred to used ground coffee. The place was very clean. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The location is great. Walking distance to great pizza, brewery, fresh seafood market for pick up (they steam), and just a short stroll to the beach (owner had a wagon). The mattresses were better than my beds at home! We had a refreshing sleep each night. Loved the back patio with ambient lighting and outdoor shower for washing off. My family had a wonderful time and no complaints!
Wonderful week in this little place. The location is great, beach access and easy in and out to PCB, Port St Joe. Quiet in February. The townhome was fully equipped with everything we needed. The beds are cozy. Beach shop across the way and Forgotten Coast Brewery next door. Appreciate the hospitality.
Loved our stay!! It was the perfect size, very well stocked and an easy walk to the beach. The owner was great, quick to respond to any questions we had. Will definitely be back!!
My host was very welcoming and accommodating. It’s a beautiful place. The beach cart and chairs definitely came in handy. The kitchen is very well equipped and the coffee bar was spot on! Thanks for a relaxing few days!!
We had a wonderful time at the beach and the condo was just as describe. And Katie is so helpful and response very quickly and is so sweet. I would recommend this condo to anyone.
Cute house with plenty of space. We had two families staying there with 4 adults and 3 children, we were all very comfortable. The house is well stocked with items needed.
Seas the day is a great townhouse full of everything you need for your stay! Beach towels, beach wagon, even laundry detergent! The property was clean, quiet, and the beds were comfy too! The property owner was very responsive! Would definitely stay here again!
