Welcome to our Apartment into an exceptional location, 

Located on the fourth floor without elevator, you will find all the comforts: proximity to touristic places, A/C, equipped kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi... 

This apartment consists in a living room with TV, equipped kitchen a bathroom with shower and WC, and mezzanine with a double bed.

Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and washing machine.



Access



The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Keys will be given to you in our office, Bnb Groom Services. We can also organize a check in on site depending on your arrival time and our availability. Don't hesitate to share you arrival information as soon as you have it.

Neighborhood



Old Town is the historic district of the city with its narrow streets and colorful buildings. This is also a popular and lively area of Nice. This situation offers you the opportunity to do all your food shopping by walking, as well as a multitude of restaurants and many shops… and of course beaches and the Promenade des Anglais at 5 minutes on foot.

Saint-François Square hosts the famous fish market every morning. There is also one of the city's best-known butchers and a supermarket, making it easy for you to stock up on supplies during your stay.

Walk along the streets of the Old Town and you will find Rosseti Square with its famous ice cream and the “Cours Saleya” and its famous flower market.



Transit



Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Garibaldi Le Château. Journey takes only 30 minutes and this stop is 250m away from the apartment.

You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.

Train station « Nice Riquier » is 20 minutes away on foot, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.

You can come in Nice by car and park in the streets around the Harbor area or in a public parking. Closest one is Parking Promenade des Arts. Access to the building isn’t possible by car as the Old Town is a pedestrian zone.





IMPORTANT - RULES OF PROCEDURE :



For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.



The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.



Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed.

Smoking isn’t allowed inside.



Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.
