Classic Ocean City cottage just over a block from the beach in the beautiful North end section. Sleeps eight with (1) Queen, (1) Double and (4) singles. Seats 8 for dining, cable TV, deck for relaxing, beach tags, washer/dryer, outside shower and driveway for (2) cars. Just a short walk on the boardwalk to the amusements, miniature golf, water slide, ice cream, movie theater. restaurants and shopping. The bay front offers water sports, fishing charters, boat rentals and is close to Asbury Avenue shopping. This is a great property for the whole family to enjoy! Come and make some memories in America's Greatest Family Resort!!

All good, lives up to the listing, and more

Given its relatively low price, I didn't expect the house to be as good as the listing and photos claimed. I was wrong; it was everything my five adult kids and I hoped for. Plenty of space, great location, washer/dryer, dish towels, all the kitchen utensils, plenty of blankets and pillows, easy driveway parking for two cars (and for a couple of days we had three cars that also fit). Many more balconies than we could use! You have to bring your own sheets and beach/bath towels, which is normal in OC; everything else we needed was there. It was almost bigger than we needed. Owner lives next door and was always available. The air conditioners in all four bedrooms kept those rooms cool but did not do enough for the downstairs. I never found trash bags (but I also never asked). For family members who wanted to drink, there were many good options less than eight minutes away (and we celebrated a birthday on a rented boat, where drinking is allowed).
