A perfect getaway spot

We adored our stay and loved everything about the rental. It’s as clean and nice as every photo looks. We couldn’t hear neighbors through the walls. The bed was so comfortable! And we could walk to almost everything. This will be my new spot for Leadville trips.

It was nice

It was nice. Perfect for our one night stay. However, I found the owners aggressive in their communication. Making sure we didn’t have a dog, even though we had a dog friendly room and consistently messaging and calling while we were driving, not really needing anything from us, just seeing if we had made it yet.

Great price, location, and room was comfortable, quiet, good hot water, etc. Only issue was communication, there is no front desk and they do check in via email which normally works well but the emails they sent with check in/check out instructions never arrived so the check in process was a bit clunky and I reached out them x2 to request the wifi information but received no reply and it wasn't posted anywhere in the room so that made doing some computer work challenging.

Cozy.

I was a little surprised to roll up on a little 10 room motel. I guess that’s my own fault for not researching this place very thoroughly. But for some reason I was under the impression it was an individual unit. Nonetheless it was very nice. It was very Cozy. The whole process was very painless. We spent a very nice and comfortable night here. Clean sheets and towels. And the cherry on top was a nice little french press and kettle. Really made my morning.
