* Fantastically located 4 STARS Villa Upper floor Apartment with:
- 4 bedrooms including one with a set of twin beds and another one with an extra set of children bunk beds (3X2 and 1X4)2
- 2 bathrooms with toilets and a separate toilet,
- Sunroom, living room, kitchen.,
- Vast backyard with multiple sitting areas and a BBQ (bring your own coal)
- Private and Free parking for up to 4 cars (park at your own risk)
Breathtaking and Unique Panoramic VIEW over the Dunes & the Sea.
- Direct access to the beach (trail through the dunes or street access).
- At walking distance to the city center (10 min ) yet on the edge of the dunes, surrounded by nature
- Walk also to the worldly renowned Thalasso and Spa
ENJOY to have almost NO neighbor although you are in town!
NOTE: This family house has 2 distinctive apartments and this listing concerns the upper level only. The ground floor apartment remains empty when the upper floor is rented so you will still be alone on the premises with full access to the garden etc.
* Lower floor is unoccupied during your visit so you have the entire place to yourself including the backyard, the parking etc.
* Up to 10 guests max. no exception.
- Detailed list of guests required at reservation. Number of guests can be modified until the last minute.
- All guests must sleep in bedrooms (verify beds arrangements before booking since no one is allowed to sleep on sofas)
-No guests from the outside, booked guests (only unless previously agreed by owner).
Our place is the perfect place for Companies to organize Team Building activities for up to 5 Professionals all sleeping in different beds. It is also possible to gather everyone in the same room for Professional Presentations.
