Ho trascorso qui una settimana in totale relax con la mia famiglia e una coppia di amici. Ottimo anche lo spazio esterno. Lo consiglio.

Ferienhaus in Voltera

Das Haus an sich ist in einem guten Zustand. Leider war es nicht sehr sauber und die Einrichtung hat die besten Jahre leider schon hinter sich. Der Empfang vom Hausverwalter war gut. Leider war es nicht besonders sauber so das wir hier erst einmal das Geschirr und einige Töpfe abwaschen mussten. Der Herd war leider auch nicht besonders sauber und musste erste einmal gereinigt werden. Der Pool war sauer und das Wasser klar. Der Garten könnte auch etwas ordentlicher und aufgeräumter sein.

Een ervaring op zich

Pad naar het huis is ronduit slecht, met een sportieve auto een hele tour om er zonder gedoe te komen, liever geen tegenligger treffen. Van een woonkamer is geen sprake, dat is een houten iets. Keuken is oud maar werkt naar behoren. Meubilair in de keuken laat te wensen over: verf van de tafel bladdert enorm, stoelen zijn erg oncomfortabel. Zwembad was nog koud, qua formaat super, voldoende ligbedden. Eigenaar L. is top, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Evengoed een prettig verblijf gehad.

Leider mehr schein als Sein

Das Anwesen ist schön und die Lage ruhig und abgeschieden, die Villa neben dran wird ebenfalls Vermietet, davon haben wir allerdings nix mit bekommen. An der Sauberkeit und dem Zustand der Unterkunft hat sich wohl seit dem 1. Post 2015 nicht grundlegen Verändert, nicht alles funktionert, oder ist in einem guten Zustand, die großen Matratzen, Badezimmer Amaturen, die Pool Pumpe läuft gefühlt nur sporadisch. Die Liebe und fürsorge zum Objekt ist nur begrenzt vorhanden, das ist sehr schade!

- Die Grillstelle ist sehr einfach gestaltet und sollte nicht als Option beim Haus mit aufgeführt werden --> Verbesserungen zur Grillstelle sind notwendig - Sauberkeit im Allgemeinen (Küche und Bad) --> Sollte dringend verbessert werden, da der Gesamteindruck mangelhaft ist, Badezimmer und Küche sind nicht sehr sauber gewesen. - Pool und Lage vom Haus TOP --> Ruhe, idyllisch und schöne Aussicht, herrlich - Hausbesitzer sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und die anfänglichen W-LAN Probleme gelöst
