Completely restyled apartment in the historic center of Volterra, few meters from Piazza dei Priori.
You can find a beautiful kitchen, a spacious living room with a big sofa, flat TV and fireplace. You can take a shower and relax. The two bedrooms are spacious and bright.
You can also enjoy every comfort in terms of home automation. You should cook with the ceramic hob and taste excellent tuscan dishes and keep food in the large fridge. TV, with lighting of the images transmitted and NetFlix subscription included. The bathroom has a large shower and a chromotherapy system. Two double rooms with king size bed and Queen size bed with double bed.
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
Access to the apartment is a PIN code or key. Possibility to self-check in if you wish, or in the check-in times if you prefer.

Modern and Cozy

We loved Riccardo’s place in Volterra! Great location and a perfect layout for our family of four adults. Plus a tankless water heater so plenty of hot water for showers! Modern design within the old world charms of Volterra.

Spacious apartment

This is an amazing apartment!! Huge shower, washer and dryer, comfy bed. Very nice kitchen and equipped with everything you may need to cook a meal!!! Easy, short walk to town. We would stay again!! Perfect for a family.

Great location, great host, but

The place has 3 storeys -- kitchen, living room/bathroom, and bedrooms are all on different levels. No parking nearby and the night we arrived it was raining. The place had a terrible smell of sewer. It cleared out in time, but our,arrival was miserable.Another host keft us a welcome package wuth wine, pasta, olives, and biscuits. I wish Riccardohad done the same!.

Volterra Countryside House

The apartment is very conveniently located near all the major attractions in Volterra. It was very comfortable and clean with a large, modern bathroom and nicely appointed kitchen. There is parking not too far away and we used the recommended parking app so we didn’t have to constantly add hours or minutes to our parking. We did get permission to drive into the ZTL zone to drop off our luggage but I would not recommend doing that unless one has a very small car and are comfortable driving into narrow alleys. The apartment is on three floors so it is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. We are in our 70s and didn’t have any issues but hauling suitcases up stairs might be a problem for some.

A real gem

Superb town house, with everything that was needed. We were there for a month so having Netflix on the tv was an added bonus. Loved being in the old town, lots to see and do from Volterra. Tried a few of the restaurants which were all good, especially the Pescheria.

Quiet spot in beautiful Hilltown

We enjoyed our time in Volterra! This property was a great little spot from which to walk around this magical Hilltown and explore the surrounding areas of Tuscany. We walked for croissants and cappuccinos most mornings and found places to eat amazing food. We enjoyed the kitchen space, for times when we brought food in, and loved the living room to lounge around in. The washer and dryer was a bonus. Overall...we loved this place!

Die Wohnung bietet einen perfekten Mix aus Tradition und Moderne. Die smarte Verknüpfung und die restliche Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Check in und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super unkompliziert. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Volterra

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, der Vermieter konnte man zu jeder Zeit kontaktieren, per Telefon oder Whats App, und er hat sich sofort um alles sehr bemüht, (Beispiel, Fön war defekt, 1 Tag später kam ein Paket von Amazon Prime vom Vermieter mit dem Fön), Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung und der Umgebung. In der Küche war von Gewürzen, Olivenöl, Kaffekapseln usw, bis alle möglichen Reiniger und Tabs für den Geschirrspüler vorhanden. Wir sind dort eingezogen und haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Ein sehr großes Lob an den Vermieter.

Great apartment on a Medieval street

Owner has done a great job of updating a centuries old house. Modern touches on a lane sized for carts. It was fun to learn our way around Volterra's random layout of streets and still make it home for televsion movies. Great place for 4 people. Just keep on mind it is on 3 levels.
