Charming soulacaise villa

Our family home is an authentic Soulacaise villa. We have put all our heart into renovating it with care, choosing quality materials and a neat decoration to comfortably receive family and friends in all seasons.
The villa is ideally located, 400 meters from the beach, 600 meters from the market, 800 meters from the train station and 1km from the surf club.
Shopping, restaurants, activities can be done on foot or by bike; no need to take the car.
The accommodation
The villa has an entrance hall -accessible by 3 steps-, a large living-dining room of 40 m2, bright doubly facing South and West and a large independent kitchen, opening onto a terrace allowing you to enjoy the sunrise.
The sleeping area, on the first floor, accessible by a corridor, is composed of a master suite with shower room, two other bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, a shower room and a 2nd separate toilet.
Upstairs, there is a fourth bedroom - attic - which is accessed by a magnificent spiral staircase. The use of this staircase is not recommended for young children and people with mobility difficulties.
A garage which houses the laundry area and a wine cellar is also at your disposal.
Outside, a second terrace, facing west, allows you to take full advantage of the garden depending on the time of day.
To ensure your tranquility, the garden is fully enclosed.
A large pavement in front of the house allows several vehicles to be parked safely.
