This renovated farm house is available by week, month or winter, but not year-round! It is close to the beach, farm stands and the Commons. Eat in kitchen, wood stove, pastoral views round out this private home off the beaten path. It boasts of a large deck attached to the house. A super private separate area with the grill, table and outdoor shower (only cold water) to take full advantage of the outdoor farm experience.
This property was the farm house of a large farm. There are adjacent barns and sheds that have a nice herd of barn swallows. There are paths cut through long vegetation that lead to a young orchard. Enjoy deer and wild turkeys while having dinner.
Dogs under 50# can be brought with approval. We need to know breed, temperament, crated etc.

Enjoyed the surroundings and the kitchen and grill were more than adequate to have dinners for 4. Quiet neighborhood and 45 min. scenic drive to Newport and surroundings.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
over priced
Some charm but small, cramped, AC not in the upstairs bedrooms but a unit in the hall, washing machine was out of order and this was discovered upon arrival. The property manager asked to show the house to potential buyers. All in all disappointing.

Parts were very delayed for the washer. We offered to provide laundry service to make up fo that, it was turned down. Showing the house is a clause in the rental agreement.
