We very much enjoyed staying here. This home was decorated very charming and cozy. It was functional, clean, and perfect for what we needed. They provided towels, sheets, toiletries, and coffee, and much more. The owners were available immediately when I contacted them. Overall, I recommend staying here.
This house is great for large groups. 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms spread out over 3 floors. Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were stocked with everything you might need. Beds were very comfortable. The only thing I would say that might need an improvement is the couch. Because it's a more modern couch and the back is very low, it's makes sitting there to watch TV a little difficult since you are not able to lean back. Overall, great stay! Thank you!

Clean House with Pros and Cons for a Large Group
This stay was exceptionally clean with great bedding and lots of beds for a large group of friends. The kitchen equipment was well stocked and had most of what you need to cook all your meals (we were only missing pot holders and dish towels). The dining room table easily seats 8 and the hot tub was lovely in the winter. Of note, the house can only have 6 cars so if you have more than that plan accordingly! Also, the house is in a large gated community. This house is about a 35 min walk to the pond area. The houses were much more densely packed in than we were expecting, it gives much more subdivision than retreat. The host was incredibly responsive to concerns that we had. I do think that communication on what may be broken/in process of being fixed in the house should be outlined ahead of time. With a little TLC and better information about the parking our stay would’ve been that much better.
We are so thankful for the opportunity to stay in this beautiful home in the Poconos. It was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of 12, and the private community offered amazing amenities, including a pool, a lake, and a fire pit. Our favorite feature by far was the hot tub—it was private, well-lit, a perfect temperature, and large enough to fit our group. We also loved that the rooms were beautifully decorated and looked exactly like the photos online. The private bedrooms had great air conditioning, which made sleeping very comfortable. One thing to note is that the third-floor bunk room is best suited for kids rather than adults. The bunk beds were smaller than expected, and the room itself had a more child-focused feel (stickers on the mirrors, for example). It worked well for children, but one of our taller adult guests couldn’t use the bed. The third floor is also more of a loft space, so it’s not as private as the other bedrooms. Sounds from the second floor travel upstairs easily—for example, I could hear dishes being put away in the morning. The biggest drawback for us was the lack of air conditioning in the common spaces (living room and kitchen). While each private bedroom had A/C, the shared areas only had fans. We stayed in July, and unfortunately, it was very hot especially when cooking in the kitchen or spending time in the living room. The owner suggested leaving the bedroom doors open to cool the common areas, but that wasn’t effective.
The evening of our arrival the refrigerator began to malfunction. Long story short, it took five days before the whole situation was fully resolved and required us helping a handyman load a replacement fridge off the back of a pick-up truck, buying ice to keep our food from spoiling while we waited, buying our own drinking water for four days and a refusal by the property owners to compensate us for our troubles. Also, they have video cameras on the front stairs, which was not mentioned in the listing, and they can monitor you, which we learned while unloading the fridge. The property is lovely and I suppose if everything works fine while you're there, you'll have a great stay, but if anything goes wrong, good luck.

As always, the devil is in the details, and David is leaving many details out. That fact alone is enough to expose his lack of authenticity. Here is what actually happened, and the details that David is omitting.
Our refrigerator started to make a loud noise a few days into David’s stay. Not wanting to spoil their vacation, we offered to replace the fridge immediately rather than delaying with repairs, to which David agreed. Delivery time from all the local stores was 3 days minimum, so we commissioned one of our acquaintances to pick it up with his personal truck and delivered a brand new refrigerator to the house the very next night. By the way, this was a small miracle, to actually have successfully purchased and delivered an enormous refrigerator to our guest within 24 hours remotely is, in our humbled opinion, REMARKABLE customer service. What David is claiming as no fridge for 5 days is because he is counting the 3 days after delivery that it wasn’t plugged into a water source so it couldn’t make ice. David requested 70% of his reservation fee be refunded for this reason, and wouldn’t entertain anything less.
And lastly, we have cameras on the property. They all face away from the house. They are clearly and conspicuously installed and guests are notified about them multiple times during booking, checkin, etc.
I regret the effort I put into making David happy, as it is clear all he wanted to do was take advantage of us.
The hosts were so accommodating. The home is was warm, cozy and inviting. It was clean, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this lovely home. 5++++ rating.. Thanks Kate and Vlad

Owners were great - very hospitable, response time was phenomenal, however the property was a bit dirty - bathrooms needed cleaning, bed linens was dirty, kitchen oven was dirty, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and floors was dirty.
I would stay definitely stay there again only if there’s better house keeping.
We rented this property for a family weekend to celebrate my mother's SURPRISE 60th birthday. We arrived to an immaculate, clean home complete with wine & chocolates as well as thorough information about the hosts, home, & local stores, attractions, etc. The neighborhood was big enough for many walks with the little kids to keep them busy spotting the deer in the woods but some of us also ventured out for hiking at the nearby Bushkill Falls. All in all, it was a great weekend at a beautiful, cozy home that literally FELT LIKE HOME.
Four generations had a great week at this place! We enjoyed walks in the heavily wooded, friendly and safe neighborhood, swimming in the community pool, and exploring the area’s attractions. The house itself is beautiful, and the owners have gone to great lengths to provide anything one might need. WiFi is great, and universal chargers everywhere. Beds were comfortable, and it was convenient to have a bathroom on each floor. The weather while we were there was hot and humid, but the ceiling and room fans helped.
Our stay was much better than expected.
Kate and Vlad went the extra mile to make our stay awesome.
The house is modern with a stylish design touch.
Everything we needed was there, from extra towels to a bbq grill.
The kitchen was fully equipped, the deck is very cozy and the pool table is a cool extra.
Having two living rooms is great for big groups specially for kids + the 3 full bathrooms.
Bunch of deers around and the lake is a must visit.
Check in was simple and well explained.
I would definition stay here again.
Thank you Kate and Vlad.
