About this property

**THE INDOOR POOL AND SPAS ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED FOR REPAIRS. WE WILL UPDATE AS SOON AS A REOPEN DATE IS ANNOUNCED.** This condo at The Summit of Gatlinburg Condos is located 3.5 miles from downtown Gatlinburg and 1.5 miles from Ober Mountain Ski Resort. This is a third floor(NO ELEVATOR) studio with loft, with a queen bed (not a private bedroom) on the main floor, a full bath and a sleeper sofa in the living room that is perfect for children. In the loft area there is also a queen bed (not a private bedroom). Also includes a full kitchen, cable TV in living room only, WIFI and a wood burning fireplace. There is also an indoor pool on site with hot tub(Closed for Repairs), an outdoor pool (In Season) and a playground for the little ones. Firewood is available to purchase (in season). There is also a coin laundry on site for guest use. This unit is on 3rd floor with a total of 4 sets of steps for a total of 32 steps. THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW PETS!!If you bring a pet you will be asked to leave with no refund, and a 100.00 per day fine will be accessed on your bill. Smoking is not allowed in the unit. Please smoke outside. If you smoke inside, you will be charged a $200 fee. This condo only sleeps 6 people, due to fire codes we CAN NOT put more than 6 people in the unit, Winter Weather Warning: The elevation at The Summit is higher then the lodge at nearby Ober Mountain Ski Resort. In case of inclement weather, 4 wheel drive and/or chains are advised. We recommend checking the weather and webcam at Ober Mountain Ski Resort to determine the weather conditions here. The City of Gatlinburg does an excellent job of keeping the roads open in winter, but in case of heavy snowfall, it may take a day or more to make the roads safe for travel. When staying here in the winter, it is advised that you bring extra supplies just in case.

Amazing views at a reasonable price.

Property was exactly as advertised. Not spacious, but perfect for us as most of our time was spent exploring the Smoky Mountains. Unit was dated but very clean and comfortable. I would happily book another stay.

Awesome View!!

We enjoyed staying at this cozy condo! The views are incredible from the balcony or from the bed downstairs! We saw a mama bear and 3 Cubs on the road back one night and a coyote in the condo parking lot one morning. Yes, the condo could use an update, but it was clean and cozy! The location and the views outweighed this in our opinion, especially since this unit is less expensive than newer ones.
