The property is situated on 10 acre riverside le Lié, and located in the village of Plouguenast. Plouguenast is a small village with all comodities accessible on foot (5-10min) : bakery, bucher, bank, small supermarket, pharmacy.
This is the ideal place to explore both the coastal area and inland beauty of Brittany.
35 minutes from the nearest coast and main town of St Brieuc.
St Malo, Le Mont-St Michel and the airports at Dinard and Rennes within an hour / one hour and a half away.

The estate is situated in a valley of outstanding natural beauty. Each cottage also has it’s own patio, most overlooking the river which is ideal for relaxation after a day of exploring or sightseeing.
The complex consists of parkland and forest areas with a large heated swimming pool which can be covered in bad weather, a games room with table tennis tables, pool and darts, football pitch, badminton and volleyball, bikes and kayaks are also available free of charge.

All bedlinen is supplied for more than 2 nights but not icluded for 1 ou 2 nights. You need to bring you own towels.

Lots of positive points

Host family were lovely, helpful, friendly. The site is great and the kids loved the games room, pool, grass and river. Lots of space inside. Good links to local activities. We loved our stay. The house did smell a little damp in places and the lounge is quite dark but good weather meant we spent most of our time outside. Thank you Charlotte

Stort hus med bra pool

Vi var tre familjer med barn i olika åldrar som delade ett hus. Det var rymligt och flera badrum. Kök där alla fick plats att sitta och fin uteplats. Det bäst med stället var poolen som barnen lekte i flera timmar. Det är ett gammal hus men charmig trädgård. Ägarna var väldigt trevliga. Vi hade inte förstått att det fanns flera hus för uthyrning på samma tomt men det funkade bra ändå.

Le site est magnifique et l'accueil de ces nouveaux propriétaire est très chaleureux, ils sont très disponibles, nous avons apprécié notre séjour de 3 nuits. Reste à préciser sur le site Abritel le nom du lieux et tout sera parfait. Rémi (pour le groupe)

Fantastic holiday!

The Manor House was a brilliant property. There was plenty of space and good facilities. The children loved the grounds, we played football, volleyball and badminton outside. The children loved darts, table tennis, table football and pool in the games room. The swimming pool was AMAZING, a lovely temperature and a great size. We spent hours in there! It was very useful having a laundry room with tumble dryer. The area was lovely, plenty of places to visit locally. A brilliant holiday.

We have just taken over from the previous owners who ran the business for the last 18 years very successfully and now has a great reputation and reviews. The milling estate was built in 1704 and at one time was the main industry for Plouguenast itself. We live on the complex and will be on hand for any emergencies or to help you during your stay. We are happy to book restaurants, activities and transport for you and give you advice on places to visit.

Why they chose this property

A vast amount of guests come back again and all enjoy the quiet scenic location, yet we are walking distance from the large village and all it's amenities including a bakers, 2 banks and cash points, post office, butchers, large supermarket, 1 restaurants newsagents, tabac, florist, garden centre, 2 garages, hairdressers, chemist, petrol station, English speaking doctor and dentist. There is so much for the children to do on site that all parents get a relaxing holiday.
