Cozy tri-level townhome in the heart of Lauderdale by the sea. Walking distance to the beach (1.5 blocks), Publix grocery and shopping plaza are across the street.
Bougainvilla Court is a three bedroom, 3 1/2 Bath. Ground floor with queen bedroom, full bathroom, and a door out to a small tropical courtyard with a seating area.
The second level opens to the main living and kitchen area, dining table, TV, 1/2 bath, and stacked washer and dryer.
On the top floor is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a guest bedroom with a full bathroom on the top level.
Restaurants, bars, shopping, and Pier are a 10-minute walk.

Great place, amazing location

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is amazing, a short walk to the beach and a few blocks away from the restaurants and cafes of Lauderdale by the sea beach. The condo is huge and spacious and it was very generously equipped - we had more than enough soap, toilet paper, garbage bags etc. They also provided a pack and play as well as beach items so that was very useful. A high chair would have been nice but not a big deal! The only thing I would mention is it is carpeted which is not idea for a beach house considering the amount of sand you inadvertently track in, I would have loved to have access to a vacuum to be able to clean up after ourselves properly but again, not a big deal! Would definitely stay here again. Property manager was very responsive, we lost power in one bathroom and it was fixed by the next morning.

Fun time in Lauderdale By The Sea

The unit was located in a great location with Publix across the street, walk to the beach and into town. 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths. It could use some updating but all in all a great place! They provide everything one would need for the beach, towels, beach chairs, umbrella etc.

Very close to beach and everything else I needed. Easy check in and very clean. I only wish the balconies were able to be used.

Tournament and vaca

Had a great time, beach is only a 5 minute walk from the condo. We had a super stay and the host was able to allow us an early checkin. This ended up being a gift after our flight was delayed and we arrived at 530 am instead of arriving the day before as planned. Excellent places to eat within a 5 minute drive.
