Great place

The house was beautiful and all of the beds were very comfortable. Master bathroom was amazing. Owner was just a text message away if I ever needed something. Loved staying there.

Beautiful House

My experience with this house was smooth. The inside of the house is beautiful and clean. Appliances were upgraded and it felt very homey. The neighborhood is nice and quiet!

Fantastic stay at Fox Island

Terrific house with a lovely living room area, large comfortable couches, big open kitchen with everything needed to cook. Fantastic grand piano and the beds were equal to any great hotel we have stayed in. Everyone commented on how well they slept. Wish we had one more bathroom for a four bedroom but there was one main one to share and the biggest was in the master bedroom so that one was used just by that occupant. The large hot tub and outdoor shower was super. Loved lounging and eating outside. Not much to do nearby without a car and not too many places to walk nearby but most people have a car in Florida. Saar at the rental office responded day and night. Fantastic service and friendly help.

A gem of a find

I had come across Saar's listing while I was looking for a place for a group of 7. His house was perfect and offered a great location with quick Uber rides anywhere we wanted to go within Ft Lauderdale. Another bonus was the short distance from the brightline station. After booking the house Saar was great at communicating with me about the needs of the group. Even offering suggestions for things to do while we were there. The house was clean and had plenty of amenities for the times we were there. The backyard had plenty of space for everyone and the inside had room for all of us to be comfortable. I would highly recommend booking this location. The neighborhood is quiet and you're only going to be a 5 minute Uber ride from Las Olas, the river walk and other great locations. Saar will be in touch frequently and keep you informed before, during and after your stay.

Nice home, not for anyone under age of 30

The check in process was extremely easy and convenient, the house was clean and stocked with all the essential living things you need from day to day. The host is very responsive and more than willing to provide reasonable items needed to make your stay more comfortable. Anyone concerned about the couches counting as a bed for a guest, don't worry they are more comfortable than the actual beds.... like the couches are made from clouds. The major downfall of this property is the neighbors. If you do more than breath outside past 10pm they complain like a bunch of high school girls. Do not stay here if you are under the age of 30, enjoy staying up late into the night outside the residence, or simply don't want to be harassed about noise constantly. Another thing to be aware is that the whole home is smart enabled, the host has access to the lights etc. The host repeatedly turned off numerous lights which is a huge concern for privacy in the home. Additionally if you plan on using the sound bar to watch TV, the subwoofer does not pair with the bar and it sounds like headphones from 2006, there is also no remote to try and mitigate the problem. The outdoor spa also has an issue where the bubbles stay on for approximately 60 seconds before disabling for the next hour. Asides from the neighbors and select amenities the house is a ok place to stay. If your looking for somewhere nice to simply sleep and eat this place is great. If your looking for a place to spend time with friends, go out late into the night, and not live a boring life do not stay here. Stay somewhere shore side this is not the place for you.

Our listing strictly mentions no parties and quiet hours after 10 pm, and unfortunately, your group was loud every night which disturbed our neighbors who called us every night. We understand that you may have had different expectations for your stay, but we are not a party house and we take our quiet hours rule very seriously. Great place!

What a great place! It looks just like the pictures, Saar was very friendly and responsive, and the home was spacious. All the beds were very comfortable. It's in a nice neighborhood not too far from anything. I'd definitely recommend staying here and hope I'll get a chance to stay again.

Wonderful for a girls trip!

From the beginning I knew this house would be perfect for a girls trip or even a couples trip if you wanted! From the open floor plan to the beautiful backyard oasis it was wonderful in every way! In addition, Saar was very communicative and accommodating through the whole trip! It was an overall wonderful place and I would love to go back!

Wonderful property and trip!

This house is all around great - it’s extremely clean, comfortable, and roomy. Everything inside the house is new and easy to use, and Saar is a friendly and accommodating host. The check in process was easy, and the house comes with everything listed and more. Nice neighborhood with a quick drive to the beach or downtown area. Highly recommend!
