VIEUX BOUCAU, nice quiet house 2 steps from the lake and the town centre, and at about 1.5 km away from the beach. On foot or by bike, you can enjoy serenely your holiday.
It includes: Living room with a lounge area (sofas, TV), a dining area, and an equipped open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer); bathroom with bathtub, bidet and washbasin; separate toilet; Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, wardrobe ; Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, closet; Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, closet; garage (for storage only) with washing machine. Enclosed garden: garden furniture, barbecue, terraces.
Capacity: 6 people. WIFI. END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (extra 120€). A contribution to charges of 50 € per week will be requested between MID-OCTOBER et MID-MAY included. Habitation très confortable et bien équipée, conforme aux descriptions, proche du lac , de la plage ,des différents commerces, restaurants et du marché journalier.Petit jardin idéal pour les animaux de compagnie.

Maison spacieuse à 2 pas du lac

Maison très spacieuse et fonctionnelle, même avec un enfants en fauteuil roulant (il y a cependant une marche pour rentrer dans la maison). Nous avons particulièrement apprécié sa proximité du lac et de toutes les commerces. L’emplacement entre 2 camping (littéralement à moins de 10 mètres) n’engrange finalement pas de bruit particulier. Nous recommandons et reviendrons avec plaisir.
