The master bedroom has a comfy king-size bed and overlooks the Gulf. Light blocking drapes ensure your sweet dreams! The 2nd bedroom has a KING! size bed, and the third bedroom has 2 full-size beds. We are also able to offer a brand new ('23) queen sized pull-out sofa/bed in the living area. We comfortably sleep 8-10 (MAX)!! Each bedroom has private access to a full bathroom.

The living room just gained new state of the art, 55" LCD ROKU TV with a DVD/VCR combo plus a stereo. In anticipation of your needs, our home is stocked with lots of books, games and DVDs for your enjoyment. We also offer FREE WIRELESS INTERNET and FREE expanded digital cable set up.

This unit is available to renters at least 25 years old, and this a NO SMOKING and NO PET home. The resort does not allow guests to bring their pets. MAXIMUM 10 GUESTS ALLOWED. NO PARTIES ALLOWED - STRICTLY ENFORCED

COVID update: We follow CDC cleanliness guidelines and check updates regularly to ensure we are using the latest standards. We utilize commercial cleaning products and disinfectants that kill germs and viruses. Our housekeepers pay special attention to high touch areas such as doorknobs, handles, light switches, remote controls, and phones. Our bed linens and towels are professionally laundered at Navarre Beach Laundry. The laundry uses commercial machinery as well as commercial detergent and bleach to ensure all linens are fresh and clean. Our highly rated Management Company now makes all beds with a freshly laundered top cover and blanket after each guest’s stay...previous quilts and decorative pillows have been removed and stored for your safety. All pillows will be encased in a pillow protector followed by a pillowcase. The protector and case are also freshly laundered.
