Perfect location by the beach!

I stayed at this property with a group of friends and we really enjoyed our stay! The house is just steps away from a very nice entrance to the beach and the house has chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc. The pool is also well maintained and shaded. Also, Amy was very responsive and accommodating! That said, we did see eight cockroaches in the house over the three days we stayed there. Also, the outdoor furniture around the firepit really needs updating, which is a shame because it's such a nice area we would have liked to take advantage of. Overall, the location is great but could use some updates.

Perfect house and location

This was my first VRBO rental. Amy, the property manager, was a dream to work with. This was especially helpful traveling with my infant grandson. The pool and spa was terrific. The location was 2 blocks from the beach on one side of the block and a lovely park and shore access at the other end of the block. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. It's also close to the highway, restaurants, groceries and Target. As the family cook, I loved the kitchen. It was well-appointed, including a stocked spice rack and decent knives. The piano, although in need of a good tuning, was a great bonus to a family of musicians. We'd definitely consider renting this again on future trips to Florida.

Amazing!!

Literally steps from the beach which was amazing but the house itself was unbelievable! Comfortably slept 9 of us and could easily have fit 4 more people. The "warm" tub was perfect temperature for end of April (I would have asked for heat if earlier than that) and the pool was just as warm. Amy was very responsive to all questions and requests. We will stay here again for sure. Already telling my friends about it and made it one of my favorites! Thanks for everything! ~Danielle Jones

We absolutely loved this home. We used almost every bit of the space from cooking breakfast each morning to Yoga in the yard. The ping pong table was put to good use! We would 100% stay here again. This was a great location and easy to get to and from the beach. Thank you!
