Only two blocks from downtown this cottage has charm with wood floors and built in bookcases & is two blocks from parades, concerts & annual festivals. It’s less than a mile from the fair grounds and equestrian center and 6 miles from Spirit of the Suwannee. Enjoy quite rural celebrations or less than 1.5 hours from Jacksonville, Gainesville, Tallahassee or Valdosta, Ga.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you check out on Saturday or Sunday ensure garbage is in the can, lid tightly secured and placed next to the curb by the drive. Garbage runs at 7am Monday morning.
Please do not take linens to the springs. The natural river water, sand and clay will stain.
Place all used linens on the laundry room floor in front of the washing machine.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If anyone smokes in the house the traveler will forfeit the deposit.
