Country house with swimming pool in the heart of Brocéliande

You will stay in our main house in the heart of the forest of Brocéliande, in a hamlet. Ideal for a family on holiday!
You will stay in our main house with our animals, room will be made for you in our cupboards to feel at home, thank you for respecting the place!

The house is composed on the ground floor:
- 1 large fitted kitchen of 12 m² with appliances (oven, hob, bread machine, coffee bean machine, stand mixer, yoghurt maker, ...), view of the garden.
- 1 living room of 40 m² with sofa, television and large table (baby high chair if needed)
- 1 large separate toilet with sink
- 1 master bedroom with bed of 160 X 190 and a private bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin

Upstairs:
- 1 bedroom of 15m² with "cabin" bed for children
- 1 bedroom of 15 m² with cot and changing table (possibility of putting a comfortable armchair on the floor for children aged 8 and under)
- 1 bedroom of 9m² with double bed 140X190cm
- 1 bathroom with bath and changing table
- 1 separate toilet
You will have access to all our children's toys!

Outside: On a plot of 3000 m² fully enclosed, you will find:
- 1 heated, semi-inground wooden swimming pool (secure system with alarm) of 5 m
- 1 large terrace with garden furniture, parasol, sun lounger and table.
- 1 small and 1 large slide, a swing and a trampoline for the delight of children.
- 1 enclosed park with goats, sheep, chickens, ducks, quails, rabbits and birds. You can walk there and collect fresh eggs! Proximity to the animals must be taken into consideration and tolerated.

Brocéliande will offer you a variety of activities through the mythical forest and its legendary tales about Merlin the enchanter, the Arthurian centre, the Lac au Duc which extends over 250 hectares with many water activities and games, the city of Josselin and its castle, the Branféré zoological park, and many other activities!
