Welcome home to 740 Macon Street, a beautifully restored two family brownstone in Bedford Stuyvesant.

You'll have a room on the garden level to yourself during your stay, with a beautifully restored kitchen. Air conditioning and Heating included.

Please note: As per NYC short-term rental rules, the host will be residing in the same unit as you and sharing common areas (kitchen, living room, etc.) during the stay.

Designed by famous architectural firm Amzi Hill and Sons, this Romanesque Brownstone was built in 1899 and has been featured in several Brooklyn magazines!

Excellent homebase for a longer stay

We loved having this property as our headquarters during a week-long exploration of NYC. It is in close proximity to two different subway stops with lots of amenities nearby. Kris was very pleasant to work with and quickly supplied items which were needed. Our only suggestion would be to provide coffee filters that fit the provided coffee maker. I was able to purchase some nearby, but they were too large. Will certainly stay here again if the opportunity arises.
