About this property

Location Location Location! Pleasantly charming cottage right in the middle of Davidson. Having 2BR suites, 2.5 baths, comfortably furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need is within walking distance, with a bus stop out front if you wish to ride. One block away from grocery shops, restaurants, and a short stroll to parks and the lake. We want your stay with us to be comfortable, safe & healthy. Prior to your arrival we sanitize & disinfect the entire home for your peace of mind! Also, we have installed a new Goodman AC equipped with a UV light sanitation system. The air is subjected to rays from germicidal ultraviolet lamps which eliminate airborne pathogens like viruses, mold and bacteria to help ensure our home has the best air quality in town for your stay.

Well-placed and comfortable

Great place to stay. Easy access to Davidson, Cornelius and Charlotte. Well presented with the owner always very accessible and helpful.

Great Stay

Had a great stay. Quite a few businesses within walking distance; I think Harris Teeter was less than a five minute walk. House was great; had everything I needed. It was quiet for being in the middle of a small town, too. 100% would stay again!

Weekend in Davidson

This location and its amenities perfectly suited our needs while visiting the area. Charming neighborhood within a convenient walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, grocery store and boutiques. Roomy bedrooms and bathrooms, with an upgraded kitchen. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Great place for a visit to Davidson

Great little place to stay when visiting the Davidson area. Shops conveniently nearby. Property was clean and well maintained. Owner was very helpful when called upon to help a novice with the Keurig machine!

Cute home in good location

Enjoyed our stay! Home was clean and had everything we needed. It is in town, so early morning noise was sometimes a nuisance, but that's the price you pay for being so close to everything. Check in and out was easy.
