By road : From the N12 Rennes-Brest dual carriageway, at Lamballe take the exit for _la Ville es Lan_, direction _ZI de Lamballe_, _Pléneuf Val André_ and _Erquy_. 2km before Erquy in the village of LA COUTURE, turn right at the traffic lights, direction _Fréhel Matignon_. Drive a further 2km. At the _Jeannettes_ roundabout (_Super U_ supermarket), go straight ahead direction LES HOPITAUX and pass through the village.
