About this property

Our Renovation features Beachy resort furnishings. Comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 bedrooms (King, Full, twin, and pull-out couch), 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a dining room table will seat 7. There are 3 large flat smart screen TVs with cable. The beach paradise is fully furnished with sheets, towels, dishes and cookware, to beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and sand toys for the kids!
Right between SANDPIPER PARK (4 minute walk) with a well-equipped children's playground, a lighted ball fields, and (4 minute walk) the beach. Close to Kennedy Space Center, Restaurants, Cruise Port and only 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Also, 1 hour from all major Theme Parks. Just 5 minutes away from Ron Jon largest surf shop and Port Canaveral. Near the Brevard Zoo, Merritt Isl. and National wildlife refuge and Veteran Memorial Museum.

Great place!

The property was clean and spacious. The host was very responsive. It was a great location, just a 2 minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood was clean and quite. Lots to do nearby...Kennedy Space Center, Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge and Cocoa Beach Village shopping center for souviriers! We had a ball!

We absolutely love this place. This is our second time staying here and we would definitely come again and again. The condo is clean, updated, and comfy. It has a nice shared outdoor area. It is a five minute walk from the beach. Since it's in a residential area, it's a quiet area, free from obnoxious spring breakers. It is a block from a nice walking path, which we used daily. Pete is a great host. Highly recommended!

Great location and home

The host is awesome. We loved staying at this very clean and beautiful home. Close to the beach and places to eat. We loved seeing over 20 peacocks not far from this home. We hope to return here next year. We highly recommend this lovely place. Colorado

Perfect Place for Beach and Fun

Jan 7-28th 2024. The place was clean and fresh. Lots of room in the unit. Great kitchen with updated appliances. Bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms were spotlessly clean. Pete is a great host and is readily available for questions and help. He lives close by and was always accessible. The location is a 2 minute walk to the beach and close to everything else you might want/need. We saw two Nasa launches while we were there and the beach location was great for that. Defiantly would stay there again. 5 star recommendation from this group. Thanks Pete for everything, especially the late checkout.!!!
