About this property

This charming and well-kept Seaside Cottage is located in quiet south Cocoa Beach just a few steps away from a pristine, locals beach called 12th Street beach. Nestled between the Banana River and the Atlantic Ocean, Seaside Cottage is clean, cozy and extremely comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. Each of the spacious 2 bedrooms have a queen bed. The living room has a sofa, love seat and 2 chairs and opens to the dining room. The private backyard is extra spacious and is fenced in.
There is a deck in the backyard with a gas grill, a table with chairs and an umbrella for those who love to eat al fresco. To fully enjoy the beach experience, we have provided beach chairs, beach toys, a cart to wheel everything over to the beach, and a beach umbrella. There is tandem parking directly in front of the Cottage for 2 cars. There is an attached single car garage that is used exclusively to house beach gear and a free washer and dryer with laundry soap that guests are welcome to use during their stay.

12th Street beach is a dog-friendly beach during set hours in the morning and evenings.

2023 Summer Vacation

House with yard was perfect for our stay including our dogs..Access to beach that was also dog friendly was fantastic.. All needs were met making our vacation relaxing..I would stay here again... Thanks

Perfect Solo Getaway

Absolutely loved my 5-week stay at the Charming Seaside Cottage. The house is extremely comfy and had everything I could need for a longer stay. My pup loved the large fenced in back yard and close proximity to the dog-friendly beach across the street for our morning walks! Still very close to "town" without feeling like you're in tourist-central. I loved the serene, cool design elements of the house too that made it feel all the more like home. Hosts were super responsive and accommodating. Would love to go back and spend some more time there in the winter!
